I actually bought this for my post Pordum recovery. I gave birth via csection in late January. I ordered another in beige. Works amazingly well. Here are my honest thoughts.. Size reference: I ordered a XL before sizing down to a large. I am 5'7 and 200 lbs. It doesn't ride down or anything. And covers from under my bust to just above my bikini line. Quality: very good quality. Sturdy and material is easy on the skin. I have even taken a nap in it. Ease of use: I recommend doing the top first and then the lower straps. Ending with the middle ones. As you loose weight go inwards to the 2nd row and then the third. Ones you reach the third, it's time to get a smaller size. Value for money: worth the buy. I'd get more but I wanna loose weight before that happens. Thickness: Doesn't feel thick and not noticeable under cloths ... show more

The media could not be loaded. All the moms out there that need some thing I would recommend is 10 out of 10 and 100% I wish that I had had this after my babies because the compression that it gives is amazing and my posture is great & I feel good wearing it. Now, with that being said & moving forward for whatever size you are so naturally, I am a medium pretty much in everything except for my pants because I have a little bit of a booty. I am a large and I have hips for days, so I am a large. I also have severe diasis recti, and I have a foo Pa so Large pants is what I need 🤷🏼♀️😊 So with that being said, I would definitely recommend going a size down because I ordered a medium and I’m already on the last hook the very first try 😳 so if are were waist training or six or eight weeks postpartum and you can finally put some thing on it to help with your diasis recti, then I would recommend ordering a size down because you’re gonna lose the weight. Anyways, same thing with waist training you’re going to lose the weight especially if you’re exercising , if you’re doing either of those SIZE DOWN PLEASE 🙏🏼 save yourself the heat of having to wait again for this thing in the mail! My surgery gals MM & TT’s… I think this great 👍🏼 👍🏼 I’m going to send it back and order a size down and see how that works but as far as the size that I have, which is a medium, which is what I was recommended to order and I knew I should have went a size down because there are three latches three levels to this, and You’re going to lose weight so you might as well just size down and not have to send it back. I do recommend it AND so this doesn’t get ruined so quickly PLEASE make shre you rotate your compression wear other compression garments as well as this like this one. I probably will wear to work even though it’s not really for working out I can put saran wrap underneath so it doesn’t get yucky OR the clear workout wrap. It looks like saran wrap so it might as well be saran wrap it feels like saran wrap 🤨🙄I think I’m just paying a lot of money for Saran Wrap 🤷🏼♀️😅😅 Sorry for the long review BUT at the same time I want to make sure that you guys get the right size and what is going to be comfortable for you. This waiste is the best I’ve ever had. I bought two one in a size large and medium and they both fit well. I wear them all day from 7am until 9pm then at bed time switch into another trainer that I don’t wear during the day b/c this trainer works well under clothing. It’s definitely breathable, gives great back support, and easy to use with no bad smell. I do was them in my washer but lay out to air dry ... show more

So I read the reviews before buying this and I saw most saying size down so I did. I’m usually a medium in clothes so I got a small. ( I weigh 130) the small fit but was SUPER tight and very uncomfortable. I returned and got the medium and it’s perfect!! Still very tight but more comfortable when sitting and wearing all day.
