A little daunting at first trying to figure out which light color you need/want. It is bit of an investment considering the $159 cost. I was surprised that the charge uses the older Mini USB to USB A. While charging, a larger red light flashes and 3 tiny lights below which are used to choose level of intensity. It turns green when fully charged. No LED or percent to indicate charge remaining. Along with the levels of intensity some modes vibrate, or pulse—which is nice—and one is cool. But the modes are very warm to the point of being uncomfortably hot on the face. This was especially so in special mode for the eyes. This could present problems for most but especially those with sensitive skin. My overall impression is that the device tries to serve too many purposes, not all of which are distinguishable from one other or useful. Directions could be better. Some of the modes are very specific as to the viscosity of fluids you can use on your face. Definitely none with heavy oil saturation. For example, the cleaning export mode calls for saturating a cotton ball with make up remover, putting on the end of device and using it to remove make up. Not the way I would remove my makeup. One ex. of confusing directions is the blue light cool mode. It’s cool on the face but the directions mention applying ice while in that mode. Not sure how to accomplish that. Maybe ice before or after? Then also says “it can be used after each nursing”. It’s had some good points but for me it’s overpriced for its uses compared to other equally good light therapy products on the market. My biggest concern is the heat intensity on the face and especially in the eye mode. Hot heat under eyes doesn’t seem beneficial to me so I won’t be using it.

This is a very interesting product. I was very excited to receive this and it has been fun to use. I like to use it in the morning as part of a skin care routine. The controls are extremely easy to use and it charges up pretty quickly. The charge lasts quite a while and it is easy to do so. The different modes are various enough that I definitely found a favorite. It comes with a little cap thingy, but I don't know what it's for. The instructions could be a little bit more robust, but in any case, it is very easy to learn. There are three levels on every single setting. I absolutely love the heat modules. The heat is penetrated into the skin and my skin actually turns red when I use it. It is quite warm to the touch and is a borderline too much if I leave it in one spot instead of move it around. I do like the shocking mode as well. If it's up all the way, I can actually feel it. Otherwise, I do not feel it at all! It feels hot, because there's heat on that mode, but I don't feel the little EMS? Shocks. The lights on it really are not that bright. I was very disappointed with this as this is one of the reasons I purchased this item. I love light therapy and the benefits that it is showing in a lot of studies and wanted to implement this in my skincare routine. The lights on this are extremely dim and have a filter over them. It's an opaque piece of plastic on the head of this unit. Overall, I find this unit to pleasant, easy to hold and use. I have found no difficulty in adding it to my facial routine and actually do enjoy it. It's a very easy addition.

I have used this at night while I watch TV. Feels good on face but I see no results after a few weeks. I wish I could find on that actually works.

This little machine is really nice. Contrary to what I thought, it is super easy to use, it is very user friendly and it comes with a small guide that tell you what each mode is for. It is lightweight and very comfortable to handle. It warms up fast, and it feel nice on the face, although I do have to say some settings are a bit too hot, thankfully there are levels to choose from. The battery life is excellent, the battery doesn't drain when not in use. Overall, this machine works well, it's easy to use, and it has multiple modes and levels. I really like it and I recommend it.

Maybe it's because I'm pretty new to these type devices, but I'm not much of a fan of this one. I think that there are too many modes. Sure, it'd be great to do a one-shop-stop, but all-in-one isn't always a good thing. I felt that a couple of the modes were too hot, like uncomfortably hot, where I instantly pulled back. This did not actually burn me, but it was unpleasant enough for me to not want to keep on my face. Then there is the "special" mode that feels like I put my face into a patch of nettles. This mode doesn't have a light on, but you feel these little shocks/zaps when it's on your face. I didn't care for the sensation at all and this one is suppose to be used around the eyes. NO thanks. My skin around my eyes, mainly my eyelids, is more sensitive than the rest of my face, so I don't really want to keep hitting it with micro zaps. Overall, not a fan, but maybe if you're more use to this type of device then you'll like it. The price point though is kind of expensive, if you're an amateur like me, and may not end up liking it.
