These look real, and exceeded my expectations. The wire spokes are really nice if you're planning to drape it over something. I plan on using it for parties. For anyone that reads my reviews I buy a lot of stuff for parties and I'm going to use this for one murder mystery dinner party to stage someone who dies on a beach and this is seaweed around the body. I just know that I'll get compliments on cool and realistic it looks. I also plan on using it with a New Orleans party to accompany a backdrop of a the bayou. These could be put into the top of a plant, but honestly It would be a waste because we all know that the "moss" on top of a potted plant is real. However, if you put it in a hanging plant, they would look real unless you touch them- they look real, but I wouldn't say they feel real. Like I said, these exceeded my expectations. ... show more

I would probably not be the best person to write a review on this product. I live right outside of New Orleans where there are literally thousands of 100 year oak trees covered in huge masses of moss from Florida all the way down the Gulf Coast. I have 12 in my yard. Unfortunately, they have no moss on them because where I live doesn't have the humidity for the moss to grow. This product came wrapped tightly wound together in a circle fastened by a rubber band. It was so tightly wound I was hardly able to get it apart. The strands are thin and I had to go out, look for a manufacturer and buy 3 more strands to achieve my purpose. I have bought from this company twice before and the product was very nice. No so much with this. ... show more
