I have a little head-so it is hard to fit face masks for me; they often leak on the sides. I got the small and it is a dream! I love the quick release on the straps, it is a little tricky to get it aligned correctly if you use it to put it on-it is almost easier to just put the whole thing over your head like the old designs. I had some problems with the first mask I ordered from this company (also a V3) and they immediately emailed me and helped me determine if it was a fluke and I should return or if it was something they could remedy. Great customer service, fabulous face mask. FYI-if you are a "diver" I do not think the face masks lend themselves to this (they never have in the past, maybe the technology is changing). However, I think if you want to dive down 3-6 feet to have a closer look, you will need to do the old fashioned eye/nose mask and mouth tube snorkel. ... show more

    • Dishwashing soap is key to easy use

After reading many reviews that the snorkel tube was difficult to attach and remove I decided to use dish washing soap on the O-ring for lubrication. With the o-ring lubricated the snorkel tube slid on easily and locked in place. Removal was a little more difficult because you had to push the lock in and pull at the same time but very doable. It would have been an easy 5 stars everything is great, the view, the seal, nose and mouth breathing, ZERO fogging, but… this thing claims to be 600% easier breathing than other competitors, if that’s true then people would be suffocating in those others. With gimmicky things like this, I usually don’t expect them to work as well as advertised, but this snorkeling mask worked better than any other mask I’ve used. I have facial hair and with the standard masks, this tends to keep it from sealing all the way, so I end up with water in my nose. With this, I had no issues with it sealing. It kept water out of the tube as well. I was able to breath normally very easily through my nose and mouth. Very wide field of vision! ... show more

This snorkel was easy to assemble. I packed it in my luggage to go vacation. I kept it in the cinch bag provided. It provides a wide underwater view. Breathability was great. Just breathe normally. Very water resistant. I snorkeled in mild conditions, not harsh waves. Also, I did not submerge the snorkel, so I don't know how well it performs under those conditions. With a full beard it cannot form a tight seal. If you aren't willing to shave, then look at the conventional snorkel set which will serve much better. Nothing in description (or the instructions at least when I purchased) mentioned this and customer service won't do anything to assist as once you have tested it, it is no longer new/unused. Update: seller reached out and did allow me to return for a refund. Still be weary if you have a beard, but glad the seller made things right. ... show more

The sizing chart for mask size was helpful. First time in my pool ( I swim laps with it because I'm terrible at breathing on the go) I had no leaks. I did, though, test the blow and purge system by putting water in the mask deliberately and the system worked well. Visibility is wonderful and I'm looking forward to taking the mask with me on my next cruise. I assembled it ok but haven't been able to detach the snorkel part for travel. I'm in my 70s and my hand grip is arthritic. I'll ask my son to help. ... show more
