The assembly was ultra easy. No screws. So far it seems very sturdy and the leather seems very high quality. Only caveat is that it doesn’t lay flat and didn’t have an option for a longer warranty.

I bought this chair because I am handicapped and getting on the heavy side. The chair arrived in good condition and it was easily put together. Looking at the pictures - I kind of expected the chair to be more spacious. However, when I sat in the car There were many problems. Starting at the bottom - when I reclined my feet hung off the end of the leg rest - all my past recliners my heals and feel were fully supported. Even fully extended my legs are at a downward angle not straight out. The arms I expected to be much longer - you put anything in the cup holders - you can not even use the arms and with the tray (it came unlevel) in place you can not use the cup holder at all on that side. The closed compartments start at my elbow and are very hard to get into if seated. The control panel is on the inside of the chair facing the seat - that would not be to bad except the USB Port is in the middle of the control panel. Considering any thing you stick into the USB Port sticks out a good 1/2" or more - this can be easily hit by a person and the plug broken off. The head rest is good and the speed going up/down is good. Ambient light is nice - but, switch is right above USB Port and the return to upright position switch is below the USB Port and not accessible most of the time. Did not try the SoundShaker. Not worth the money I spent on this chair. Sorry for the negative review - I normally do not do reviews at all but, something had to be said.

Fine seating, bought 2 Diamanté Single Recliners after wrestling did I want a sofa or these. Couldn’t be more pleased, The Stargate Staff is 1st Class. The Top Grain Leather is just that, The Top. Very highly recommended !

LOVE IT! Love the comfort of my chair where my back, bottom and legs are supported like never before! Leather upholstery gives the look and feel of elegance. Power headrest does no good for me since I am only 5’1” so my head never touches it. As for the price, I would have expected power lumbar support and a massage feature. At the very least, the Shaker box should have been included.

I purchased the Seatcraft Diamante 6 months ago and could not be happier. First off be warned, the chair is HEAVY and should be lifted by two people. This is the type of construction that lends itself to longevity and sturdiness. Just make sure you know where you want it first, moving it around is not going to be easy. IKEA this is not, this chair is going to last for years to come When I first setup the chair, it was a little stiff but after a few weeks it has broken in and is now very comfortable. The controls are easy to use and I've had zero issues with any motors. The storage areas under the arm rests are a wonderful value add and they a very roomy. One of the main reasons I chose this chair was for the accessory system they have and they do not disappoint. Tables, phone holders, wine glass caddies, lights, etc. It's a system that works very well. Other interesting things that are cool but I have never used: The led lighting, I don't really use but they do add a bit of bling to your room. I suppose in a "movie theater" setup it would make for an unobtrusive lighting in a dark room. The chair also has a sound shaker that allows you to "feel" the movie or show you are watching. I've never used it myself because you need a separate amplifier for it. It is nice to have the option though

We have had these for a little over a year and found that all the seat cushions have worn to one side except one of them. This is because 3 of the 4 chairs only have 1 arm and there is no support on 1 side. Also, you cannot adjust the back separately from the leg rest. There are many times that I would like to lean back without raising my legs but it is not possible with these chairs.

This chair is absolutely outstanding. I did not have the opportunity to try the chair before I ordered. I had to hope for the best on this purchase. I was not disappointed. Visually, it is beautiful. The diamond stitching is an excellent touch. The leather feels great on the skin. And, it is incredibly comfortable to sit on. I like to binge watch tv and I tend to have long movie nights. And, during football season, I am planted for the day. So, I can stay seated for hours--if not most of the day when the mood strikes me. I can definitely sit comfortably in the chair for an extended amount of time. Delivery company was good. I got a fairly wide range for the delivery time. But, they call the night before to confirm or change delivery. And, they called a second time roughly 30mins before the drop-off on the day of delivery. I loved the seat so much I bought another.
