  • High quality thick "skin" or thin "suit."
Color: Navy Blue Mens Size: Large
In my region, we'd call this a "skin." It would be worn under a wet suit, since the waters around here rarely break 50 degrees. But no matter what you call it, this is a well constructed wet suit, and the "L" fit my 5'10", 185 pound body PERFECTLY. The armpit to armpit measurement, when flat, is 21.5" The crotch to ankle measurement is just shy of 27". The stitching is as heavy duty as you'd want from a high quality wet suit. The zipper is on the front side, and starts at the center of the neck, and moves down at an angle, stopping at the belt line, about 5" to the side for some reason. The knees are reinforced for crawling, and are not too stiff to hinder movement. This is a really nice suit, and at under $80, this is a no-brainer purchase for any warm water surfing or skin diving, or a great skin to wear below a thicker outer suit. ... show more

  • Good quality suit, fits according to chart
Color: Navy Blue Mens Size: Medium
I was a bit worried about the sizing of this suit - with my measurements I could have either gone with the large or the medium. In the end I chose medium based off my waist size of 34 - I would rather have a tight fitting wetsuit than a loose one. I am happy to say that the sizing is quite accurate, and I got a good fitting wetsuit, so likely best to order by your waist size. I squeezed into the wetsuit and tried it out in the pool to test it. Although not a dry suit, it is quite warm and actually too warm for my pool. Should be perfect for cold ocean water. The collar does not go as high as some wetsuits, so if you are using a hood it may not connect. One thing to note is that although the listing states the color as black, it actually is a dark navy blue color. The construction of the suit is top notch, from the stitching to the zipper. As I am a diver, I do especially like that it has a front zipper instead of one in the back, but surfers may not like this feature. This is easily as good as my previous wetsuit which cost me twice this price at a dive shop, so this is a fantastic value. Easy to reccomend. ... show more

  • Great Light-weight wetsuit
Color: Navy Blue Womens Size: X-Small
Both my husband and I have wetsuits but were waiting until the kids got a little older to get them one. My oldest is now 12 and lives for watersports, even when the temperature it a bit questionable. We got her this one and she has used it several times now and it works perfectly! According to her measurements, and XS should fit her and it mostly does, it is a little long in the arms and legs, but the rest fits like it should. Keep in mind, this is only a 2 mm suit, so it is thing and won't provide as much protection against the cold but it does the job and she is very happy with it. ... show more

  • Fits Great! Love the Front Zipper
Color: Navy Blue Mens Size: Large
I am 6' & weigh 180 lbs. with an athletic build. This Seaskin Wetsuit was surprisingly easy to put on & the front zipper is a terrific feature. Although my appearance while wearing this wetsuit was... humbling, I did not feel that the suit created any awkward pockets where air or water might be trapped (as described by some other reviews). I am very happy with this product, overall, & will be ordering one for my wife very soon. Thanks for reading! ... show more

  • Great wetsuit
Color: Navy Blue Womens Size: Small
This is a terrific warm water suit. It will provide protection and thermal insulation in warm water for diving, surfing, kayaking etc. The fit is true to size and doesn't have a ton of extra neoprene to bunch at the knees and elbows. The zipper appears to be high quality and it's nice to see a suit in something other than black. Very happy with this one. ... show more

  • Mislead
Color: Navy Blue Womens Size: Medium
I can't rightfully review this because the title, "Seaskin Wetsuits for Mens Womens 2mm Front Zip Full Body Diving Suits," leads me to believe it is unisex. After trying it on, it's more for a woman than a man. It fit fine until it got to my arms. My arms will not fit into this suit, period. The arms of the suit are too thin for my arms. I was confused when I got the package, and the label on the bag said, " SeaskinWoman Full Wetsuit." I was apprehensive when I saw that and convinced once I tried to stick my left arm into the left sleeve. I like the design, and it appears to be well-made. However, that is as far as I can go. Since the ad was deceptive, I think a three-star rating is fair. ... show more

  • A Wetsuit for the Ambitious Amateur
Color: Navy Blue Mens Size: Medium
The allure of triathlons has persisted through the years, a siren song calling me back to the days of youthful athleticism. While running and biking remain within my grasp, swimming has always been the Achilles heel. A wetsuit seemed like the logical next step in my quest for triathlon glory, or at least survivability. The Seaskin wetsuit is a solid entry-level option. It provides adequate warmth for those chilly open water swims, and the fit is snug without being restrictive. The front zip is convenient, and the overall construction seems durable. It's clear that the Seaskin is designed to be affordable without sacrificing essential features. However, the wetsuit's true character emerges when it's time to remove it. Getting into the suit is relatively straightforward, but exiting requires a level of dexterity and patience that I hadn't anticipated. The tight fit, designed to optimize warmth, becomes a formidable opponent when you're trying to wriggle free. I quickly learned the importance of having a spotter on hand to assist with the removal process. It's a two-person job, and trying to do it alone is a recipe for frustration and potential injury. I literally started to panic when I first tried it on late at night, after everyone else had gone to sleep and were unavailable to assist me. Needless to say, when down at the lake, I had an easier time with assistance from my wife. It made for a relatively comfortable Alpine lake standup paddleboard excursion, despite the chilly waters. Despite the challenges of removal, the Seaskin wetsuit is a serviceable piece of gear for beginners or casual water enthusiasts. It offers decent warmth and flexibility, and the price point is hard to beat. Just be prepared for a bit of a struggle when it's time to take it off. With a little patience and perhaps a bit of practice, the Seaskin wetsuit can be a valuable tool for anyone looking to enjoy the water without sacrificing comfort. ... show more
