Used this to extend the time I could use an unheated pool. It extended my swim time about 4 weeks in western Oregon. I am 5'8" and weigh 174ish. It fits like expected -not quite tight enough. I have a very long-torso so a smaller size would probably be uncomfortable - typical for wetsuits IMO. The offcenter front zipper is nice. Someone else mentioned having the leg zipped a few inches before putting it on because starting the zipper while it's on is tricky. I can see how that would be. I just never unzip it totally. I really like this Seaskin shorty wetsuit for water aerobics. It’s a large and I weigh 145 and I’m 5’7’. I’m long in the torso and it fits very well. Water aerobics at the gym is a whole lot more fun now that I’m not cold. The quality is amazing. I like the brand.

I've had troubles with wetsuits having proportions that are suited to men rather than women. Frequently the upper body is too large with minimal provision for the bust, and the lower body too small.
