I must say right away that I did not expect that the mattress would be completely plastic. I'm not used to this and in my country this was not the case in principle. Yes, I know plastic is easy to wipe clean, doesn't get wet, doesn't smudge or burn. But! I use a mattress topper that doesn't get wet, and it's not a problem for me if the baby pees in his sleep. In addition, before the child had a normal mattress made of bamboo-coated fabric, soft. And this... This mattress is really weird. As a result, the mattress was left, we simply had nowhere to put the child and did not want to wait and order again. The mattress is very hard and thick. It's understandable, it's made of plastic. Holds corners well. It's inside with springs. The package of springs is not very large, so it is better for the child not to stand on the mattress with his feet. Heavy. Rustles. I don’t know how comfortable it is to sleep on plastic in the heat, so far I am correcting this due to a mattress cover and a sheet. Without a soft mattress topper, I do not recommend using it at all! In general, for an amateur. The only definite plus is the inexpensive price.
