There is about 7 to 8 inches of the pad at the end of the mattress that isn't heated, and my feet remain frozen. Otherwise it's unremarkable but functional.

Just experienced great customer service with this company. After a year of use, on/off button was sticking for the controller. I wrote to the company and they immediately shipped a new controller to me. They followed up to let me know controller was on its way and followed up again to make sure it was received and worked. Overall, heated mattress pad has been great - warms quickly and variety of temperature settings to suit personal preferences. I would purchase same heated mattress pad again. Kudos to great customer service and standing behind their product.

Night the kings size. Put it on a couple days before Xmas and a week in, my control started act g up. Turned and off several times and clicking up and down on co trip to get time and temp. Takes MANY tries to finally get the settings to move. Then last night the other side stopped working completely. 10 days after install. I tried contacting customer service but the email was returned and I couldn’t get through the bot in chat. I do NOT recommend this mattress pad!!’

It’s comfortable! I chose it partly to get the Cotton fabric!! It bunches up under my sheets. Wish it fit our bed tighter. Gets warm but not that warm on High. Does it matter how you place it on the bed??? With no manual, how would you know??
