After buying these, my newly 4 year old when from swimming in the shallow end constantly holding her nose and not allowing her to use her arms fully to swim- to immediately swimming. They have a great fit for her, and the second pair went on my 2 year old perfectly as well. They are adjustable for different ages, but the main thing is the suction to the head, which is great!
