    • Fail for my 2021 motor but Seachoice's round muffs work as intended

"Suction Power": none. These are not intended to suck. "For working out": zero. These are not for working out. "Ease of use": as intended. However these simply do not work for my brand new motor. I figured I was doing something wrong, however the concept is too easy to mess up. I recently bought a brand new, 2021 Suzuki DF20A, 20 HP outboard. A YouTube video confirms that for some reason, rectangular muffs do not work on this motor. I reordered Seachoice's round muffs (same price range) and they work as intended (5 stars). Presumably less water pressure is lost from the hose with the round muffs. It is possible that this problem is only related to this motor, having more to do with the shape of the lower end of my motor. I do not know. ... show more

    • With the door feed you can keep your engine cooler.

Since the feed goes in both sides that your outboard sucks at water it is much safer to keep your engine from overheating while flushing it out.
