I’m looking forward to using my 20lb mushroom anchor, however, I docked two stars cause I have to go buy an anchor shackle cause they sent the anchor with shackle but no pin for it so that shackle is about as useful as a screen door on a submarine. I am sometimes a dope. Like taking off and not realizing the anchor was down and I chopped that sucker up. Couldn’t find it in the lake so I ordered this and some rope. We have a 22 foot bowrider that came with a Fluke anchor. The lake where we keep our boat has a muddy bottom and the fluke anchor will not hold the boat in any wind or waves. We bought this 20 pound mushroom anchor and it has a lot of holding strength. Wind and waves have not pulled this anchor free.
