Description

The Seachoice Inflatable Stand-Up Paddle Board (iSUP) has great stability, allowing it to handle different water conditions and positions. It's portable and travel friendly. When deflated and rolled up, it's easy to carry and store. The anti-slip deck is soft and stable. The iSUP maintains its shape when it's inflated to high pressure due to its 6-inch drop-stitch construction and 0.7 mm extra supported fabric. The sidewalls use two PVC layers specially manufactured for superior air retention.

Entry level SUP with entry level build quality. Simple but does the job. Not the prettiest SUP around. * Build Quality & Design * Fro the first look over the additional components, like the pump for example you can see there are some low quality stuff here and there, that used to keep the price down. The paddle is fine at best, I suggest getting a better one or at least a spare. The removable fin is also an OK quality. There is a nice, watertight orange box repair kit. The pump is less than decent. It pumps air but some parts where glues together and you can see the finish is sub standard. The SUP itself is simple looking with a nice big anti slip on the top, small are with string to hold you bag in place when in water and the valve upfront. The glued seams looks ok, maybe that's why you get an extra large repair kit? underneath there are two small fins and a place to connect the larger removable fin. You also get a carrier bag which has enough space for all the stuff but it's not a waterproof or doesn't come with a waterproof cover. The foot hook is pretty decent * Inflating * Make suer the SUP valve is set to the right position and plug the pump hose and start pumping. It's pumps pretty fast but my pump's PSI gauge didn't work so I wasn't sure if I was over or under the 21-15 recommended PSI range. Still I stopped when it felt solid enough. * Deflating * Although you can use the pump to deflate I found it easier to just press and twist the SUP valve to the on position and start rolling the SUP. It was a quick process and you get a strap to hold in place * Usage * This part I will need to update once the weather permits as now, in PNW, you can't really use a SUP... However in a fairly narrow SUP with 30" so beginner might struggle with it Pros: Price, Board is decent Cons: Pump!, bag etc. Overall it's a simple ok quality SUP with an actual price to reflect it just be prepare as you get what you pay for ... show more

    • Is mine a lemon?
I purchased my board from a local Shop. The intake valve leaks, the strap broke, and the black surface has several bubbles in it. My local Shop is trying to get a replacement. Seachoice is claiming that they haven't had problems with this board. How nice for them ...not nice for me...mine has problems. They need to step up and replace it. ... show more

    • I'm on my way... Setup was simple. Cruising was even easier.
It floats! Seriously, the iSUP from Seachoice works perfectly. I love the adjustable paddle which feels super comfortable in my hands. Also noteworthy is the dual action pump which made inflation a quick and painless process. I wholeheartedly recommend this iSUP to others.

Won't know much about how well this will work until late spring, but it appears to be well made. It comes in a medium-sized duffel bag, plus an air pump.

Excellent choice for anyone who doesn't have the room to store a full-size board. It feels really sturdy when inflated. You might want to invest in a better paddle though. But overall and excellent choice for anyone who is short on space and wants to try paddleboarding.
