  • Practically perfect
Style: Tapered - Regular (72 x 20 x 3 inches)
My only complaint would be that it does not come in more colors. Yeah it needs maybe one or two puffs of air to fully inflate but so what. It’s very warm and comfortable and lightweight enough while still being very durable. The valve setup is definitely one of the better ones. It’s easily accessible and still out of the way and it doesn’t let you accidentally open the deflate valve without first opening the one way inflate/adjustment valve. It’s way too easy to do on other pads when you’re half asleep and in the dark with a new unfamiliar pad. No fun having your pad instantly deflate underneath you because you pulled the wrong tab (looking at you ether light xt extreme). I just wish it came in black. ... show more

  • Side sleeping comfort
Style: Rectangular - Regular (72 x 25 x 3 inches)
After much experimentation and many nights of disturbed sleep, I have come to the conclusion that I need a three-inch thick pad to sleep in my favorite position, namely, on my side. This pad is of the same high quality I have found in other Sea to Summit products, and delivers a good night's sleep. The pad is 23 inches wide, which keeps my arms off the ground when sleeping on my back. I like the length and rectangular shape, as I sometimes camp with my dog, and there's room enough for him to curl up at my feet. At first, I was inflating the pad quite firmly, but discovered that a medium firmness allows my shoulder and hip to sink into the pad while the pad rises to support my torso. So I let out some air, which was easy to do while on the pad thanks to the construction of the valve. I've had it inflated for weeks now, and there's no noticeable loss of air. It's working perfectly for me. ... show more

  • It is well insulated.
Style: Rectangular - Regular (72 x 25 x 3 inches)
It kept the parts of me warm that were in touch with the pad. It is constructed in a way that is very supportive, and I don't feel like I'm slipping off the edge. It self inflates to a point, and I used a battery pump to top it off for my comfort. It is bulky and a challenge to compress. Practice before hitting the trail. The valve system is supposed to help with deflation; however that didn't work well for me. I compressed a bit as I rolled it and then would pull the valve plug to let air out and replug it to keep it from reinflating itself. ... show more

  • Convenient
Style: Rectangular - Large (79 x 25 x 3 inches)
I used it for camping it was easy to inflate and deflate. It doesn't take up much room when packing too.

  • Best balance os size, comfort and cost
Style: Rectangular - Regular (72 x 25 x 3 inches)
This mat strikes the best balance for me. I got the large tapered version, I'm a 6'1" 190lb side sleeper, and this mat did great for two nights without any reinflating - my hips never hit the ground. Size wise, it's too big for backpacking, but pretty compact for car or walk-in camping. Considering the cost of higher end foam-air mattresses, this does everything I need at a much more reasonable price. ... show more

  • Awesome Sleeping Pad, If You Don't Mind The Size
Style: Rectangular - Large (79 x 25 x 3 inches)
If you don't mind the size / wait time for deflation/inflation.. It's such a great pad to sleep on. Luxury camping imo. I give it 5 stars for what it is. Pros: - Super comfortable. - Very Warm. - Durable Material. Cons: - Bit bulky and awkward to pack. - Inflating / Deflating is a bit of a hassle.

  • Comfortable and impressive.
Style: Rectangular - Large (79 x 25 x 3 inches)
I’m a big guy. 6’3”. (192cm) and 250lbs (115kg), and this sleeping mat was perfectly comfortable to sleep on directly on the ground inside my tent. Very impressive and durable product. Easy to inflate and deflate in just a couple of minutes.

  • Extremely comfortable but also takes up considerable space in the pack
Style: Rectangular - Regular (72 x 25 x 3 inches)
I use a 60L backpack when I do multiple day hike/camp trips. The Camp Plus takes up the entire bottom portion of my pack. It's not terrible if packing around this consideration. I love the fact that I can roll this out and let it self-inflate while I work on other priorities in setting up camp. I highly recommend following the instructions to let it sit at max inflation for a few days before using - it should be fully inflated without any folding marks. It's also extremely durable (laid it out on lava rocks) and dries quickly. During a rainy night, some water got into my tent and pooled around my sleeping mat. The next morning I was able to dry it off by sunlight within 30 mins of breaking down camp. It also didn't soak up any of the water which was a major concern for storage. ... show more
