Five stars because it was all I hoped for in a backpacking pillow. But now, I’ve taken up hammock camping, and I don’t see me going back to ground anytime soon. But, alas, my Aeros Ultralight Pillow has no attachment points I can use to keep it from sliding down and away from the head end of my hammock. I was think of modifying the pillow—I’m sure some double-stick tape and some cordage would work, but I received a free promotional hammock pillow from a hammock company—which sapped my motivation to “fix’ the aeros. ... show more

Honestly pretty impressed with this product. Comfortable once you get used to it! The only complain that I have is that the adhesive Velcro strips that come with the pillow (to be used with the Sea to Summit sleeping pads) are terrible. The adhesive backing did not stick to the sleeping pad at all.

I love the size, weight, and comfort of this pillow. It is small in width and length but still thicker than my other similar trekology pillow. It has some stretch so it conforms to your head better than others I have tried. My only two small issues are with the outer material on the bottom side. It grabs on the dry skin of my hands like velcro. That feeling is like scratching a chalkboard with my fingernails. I just try to avoid touching it. The other issue is there are no grip pads built into the bottom. I ended up putting small dabs of silicone on mine to prevent it from slipping on my sleeping pad. That was an easy mod that really helps me get better sleep but I would like to see it built into the pillow. These are not issues that would deter me from purchasing another one of these pillows so they’re pretty minor. ... show more

Loved it for bike packing. Very small and light. I used it several times one season. When I got it out this year, it leaks several places along the seam. it was stored indoors folded in its bag in the basement...EDIT Initially I gave a poor rating, but Sea To Summit gave me a replacement and informed me that it should be stored unrolled and with valve open.
