There is enough room for my arch inserts, but a little tight with socks in addition to the inserts, so I will try a 1/2 size larger next time. I love them. A nice thick sole. Mesh top so will be nice in the heat. It’s pretty average for size, I’d say if you are in between then error on the side of they run a little big. My favorite part is the wide toe box.

Ordered these for my 90yr. old mom and she loves them. They are roomy and comfortable enough for her to wear all day around the house and even walk on the treadmill with. (She does two 1 hour walks every day!) My mother has really large and sometimes painful bunions and these shoes don't put pressure on them.
