The media could not be loaded. I almost didn’t buy this because of the people stating it leaks really badly. But knowing how some people don’t troubleshoot before saying the product is bad I got it anyways to see for myself. The instructions included specifically state that you MUST squirt some of the soap out in order to keep it from leaking. What that does is creates a suction that keeps the valve shut when not in use and it makes total sense why you need to do it. I’ve had this soap dispenser for a while now and use it at least a few times a day and I haven’t experienced a single drop of soap leaked from the bottom of it like some people have said it does to them. Honestly I think the problem is people not bothering to read the instructions and think you should just fill it and that’s it. It could be possible for the product to be defective for some people but I believe the majority of the issues is the people themselves not the product. I included a video on what I do to fill mine and how to prevent leaks. But I’ll detail what I do anyways: 1.full the dispenser to the line close to the top, NOT all the way to the brim. This keeps soap from spilling out the top once the cap is screwed on 2. Screw on the cap well 3. Give a good squirt from the dispenser back into the bottle of soap (as to not waste any) for about 3-4 seconds. If you follow those steps and it’s still leaking then it’s possible the dispenser is defective. Mine has had no issues and they feel really well made and am glad I bought it so if one doesn’t work send it back and get another because most likely the second one wouldn’t be defective. I definitely recommend this and find it really convenient and it’s cute too. Ignore the most of the negative reviews because either they can’t read or they don’t know how to follow simple instructions lol.

I love this soap dispenser and all of Scrib Daddy's products. It's solidly made, but still very cute and functional! Looks so much better than the dish soap bottle just sitting on the sink. It holds a lot of soap and the ability to dispense soap from the top or bottom is very handy!

So i wanted to minimize stuff from being on my counter. And i bought this, because it wasnt glass. It works great! I bought it 2weeks ago and still no leakage or anything. Compact and holds alot. I would say squeeze from the sides. (Works better) and dont forget to squeeze one time after you refill it. Thats how it keeps from leaking. Love it so far! And their sponges too.

Overall, I like this thing. It certainly beats having to pick up the detergent bottle and squirt it on my sponge every time. But when I do want to squirt some detergent, it's next to impossible to squirt just a tiny bit which is frustrating when you pay for the ultra 4X detergent that is supposed to be able to clean a sink full of dishes with just a microscopic amount. Also, it leaks just a little but that just motivates me to clean my sink so I don't mind.

I love that you can squeeze out dishsoap from the bottom and also push the top down with the sponge from the top. The silicone body is perfect for that. The look isn't for someone that likes their kitchen to look uniform, it does stick out. Could make it more appealing.

OMG this thing is amazing! So easy to use & it doesn't leak (if you follow the directions to squirt some out after filling it). It looks so cute sitting by my sink & I love being able to just push down with the sponge to get it all soapy.
