Well overall, Scott does it right - price over quality, a good balance. Have you ever felt SO alone standing in front of those endless toilet paper promotions at the grocery store? There you are, paralyzed by choice, not really wanting to spend your hard-earned money on something that literally goes down the toilet, but also not wanting to buy the 48-roll mega pack that won't fit anything else in your cart (or your bathroom closet, let's be honest). But then... oh, THEN you experience that magical "cleaning moment" when you've splurged on the good stuff. The sweet satisfaction of this Double Sheet comfort! I know you know this feeling of beautiful incoherence - cursing the expense while simultaneously enjoying every luxurious wipe. The Reality Check: 12 double rolls = 24 regular rolls (math that actually makes sense!) 3x thicker than cheap brands (your fingers will thank you) 4x stronger (no more toilet paper roulette) Dissolves faster The Truth: I LOVE these and often re-purchase when the price is right for my budget. This toilet paper is on the thinner side but the quality is nice. The toilet paper has ridges that make the texture great. Not scratchy in my experience. One of the more affordable brands and usually has coupons to make the cost more affordable. I have a septic tank and this is what my family and I use and not one problem for us. ... show more

I always buy 2-ply, but read the reviews & decided to give this a try. My family always used SCOTT toilet paper, too. For ONE-PLY, I was impressed. AND, it was more like 2-ply. It wasn’t thin, like the other 1-ply, that’s on the market. And, it wasn’t harsh or rough to use. The rolls are smaller than most others. But, at least it fits on the roller. Sturdy but quickly biodegradable toilet tissue which is safe for ild cast iron pipes which can have small cracks which allow less biodegradable toilet tissue to get stuck and potentially lead to a clog. Even though it is one ply, one sheet is much thicker than Scott's 1000sheet roll. Very soft and comfortable. Fairly strong too. The only downside is that it does not go as far and you will run out quickly. The rolls in this pack are small.
