    • Great release until it stopped working
Only lasted a year before it lost its ability to function smoothly. When knocking up an arrow while hunting I had issues getting it to open and close on my string. Luckily I didn't have to shoot at anything . Got back and shot it at the yard and it would not release after pulling the trigger. Instead it was a delayed fired and an off target arrow.     • Corrected target panic
I had a bad habit of early release and target panic. Believe it or not this release corrected my issues. My previous release was just velcro and it seemed to slip at the wrist so I felt like I was always reaching to pull the trigger and not knowing when it would go off. The Scott release with the buckle is rock solid in my hand and very smooth trigger pull. My shooting with the change of just the release improved dramatically.     • Buy it. But it now....
I think this is a great release. The dual calipers close when pushing the trigger forward. I previously used the typical trigger but prefer this type. The trigger is reality sensitive , however it is adjustable.I believe it helps with target panic. I like the buckle strap but you have to totally unbuckle it to get your hand out. Maybe a little longer strap would help. That being said the release is excellent in my view. Happy shooting.... ... show more

Excellent release right up until the jaws stopped working after about for months of use. It failed during a hunt for no reason I can understand.

    • Great but be careful at first
This release is awesome but be careful and make sure the sensitivity is good at first. 3rd time I pulled back my bow after I bought this I ended up punching myself in the face. Luckily I had an arrow in the bow. My finger was nowhere near the trigger so I took it to a shop and they adjusted it. It was set too sensitive. After being adjusted tho this release works awesome and I love it! ... show more

I can honestly say this release helped my shot and groupings 100% I switchted to this release this year and I love it I will never use anything else. I loved it so much I bought a backup one immediately. It is extremely easy to adjust and the hair trigger gives you the "let your trigger surprise you feel" your looking for. ... show more
