I really like this helmet. I was in the market for three quarters helmet and tried several before going with this one. The fit is very comfortable and after wearing a half helmet for the past 7 years, it's not as confined as I thought it would be. The overall quality is great. The flip down visor is perfect and the face shield is very comfortable. If you're use to wearing a full helmet that is DOT approved, this helmet may take some getting use to. It allows more air in and it is louder. However, compared to my half helmet, this thing is like sitting in a library. There is some noise but no where near the noise you get from a half helmet. I originally purchased the Bell Rogue helmet but I just didn't like the fit. The size Large was a tiny bit too small and the XL was too big. The shield on the Rogue pushed right up against my nose which was a pain in the butt but this isn't a review on the Rogue. I just wanted to point out that I've tried other similar helmets and for me this one is much better. This helmet can be worn as a half helmet but it looks ridiculous. DO NOT buy this helmet to where as a half helmet because you will not be happy. I will definitely be holding on to this helmet. On top of the great quality and comfortable feel, it looks great on. My wife and sons went crazy when I put it on. I'm sure others find it cool too but I don't pay too much attention to peoples reaction when I'm riding.     • Five star looks, but only three star protection
This helmet looks great and has a flip up built-in visor, which is really nice. Like all the reviews say I do recommend sizing one size up especially if you are in the middle to upper limit on the size chart. I measure about 58 cm and at first tried the large, but it was too tight around the ears and not at all comfortable. I then got the extra large and it fits much more comfortably. Scorpion should really do something about the face plate though and come out with a reinforced one because it doesn’t protect your face at all. It’s just for looks. It’s just basically a bendy vinyl piece. I will say that helmet looks very cool when you’re wearing it , probably one of the coolest looking out there. And you don’t need a separate visor since it’s built in which I really like. I use this mostly for my E scooter so I’m only going an average of about 20-30 mph, if I had a motorcycle, I think I would get a full face protection helmet though. So five stars for looks , and three stars for protection equals four stars. ... show more

This is a awesome Helmet for the price. Very comfortable. I sized 1 size up like all the suggestions and it fits perfect. Shades are easy to switch along with the lower mask. Thus helmet is not for cold, it is vented in the front and air comes right in. You do have to ride with your head down slightly or it wants to pick up off your head. Overall I would buy it again. Owned and used for about 5 months. Waiting for warmer temperatures to use it more and possibly taking the face cover off. Have only really used in the full face configuration. It does a decent job at blocking the wind, helping with winter riding. As other reviews have pointed out, there is a fair amount of wind noise but it doesn’t really bother me. I picked size large going off the size chart. I wear a 7 3/8 hat and it is a tight fit. Wish I would have gotten the size bigger. If I chose to wear glasses instead switching from clear/dark lenses, It hurts my head. It scratches way too easy. Had a small scuff in it within days of using it.
