So as shoes go, these fit well, and look really good. Neutral, not too many fancy lines and curves. I would say a sound basic shoe. Cushioning is ample, would be good for being on your feet all day if necessary. There is a drawback though, these shoes make a squeaky rubbing noise. The tongue is made of leather, and as you walk, both shoes make a rubbing squeaky sound. I have tightened the laces down as far as I can and still be comfy, and they still squeak a little with each step take. This could be irritating to some people!

This is my second pair, they fit great. My first pair (warn everyday) have a lot of miles on them and they hardly wear. I did replace the inter sole cushions 2 times, but the shoes are in great condition. I wish the heels were the bounce back type. Shoe horns aren't handy, but make a difference.

I love the fit and the security these shoes provide me when walking on slippery surfaces but they get dirty so fast. Working in food service splashing and dripping on these shoes is a big deal. My previous pair of shoes were fabric and spills or sticky substances were not nearly as noticeable. With a less permeable material such as this, stains and substances are much more recognizable at a glance on thses shoes. Great fit and great comfort if you don't mind cleaning these shoes from time to time.
