The media could not be loaded. This product was a rip off!! We lost our money due to this scooter !!! We were looking for the best quality that would last long and this wasn’t it! The scooter does not work any more ! Within a few months of having it the tire blew out! We got in touch with the people who sold it to us and they sent extra to help fix the bike . My husband got the the things and fixed the bikes tire and it blew out in a couple of days ! Then we tried to get with them again no response! Then my husband had to buy another tire. He fixed it now the scooter is not working at all! It never went down easy as described in description! Pounds for the scooter , false information! Battery didn’t last like description said otherwise! We were sold a scooter that was repaired and not brand new ! Very disappointed!!! Do not buy from these people ! These people scammed us!! Now we are stuck with a scooter my son can’t enjoy!!! It’s just sitting here with a brand new tire and can’t run! I bought this scooter for my girlfriend who weighs about 160 and she absolutely loved it. What we like about it is that 1)the standing board is wider than most scooters 2)The clearance from the ground is higher than other scooters 3)10 in wheels 4)Bright front light and side reflectors 5)Love the bright color 6)Love the speed! With that said, in general, the less you weigh the easier the scooter will carry you I'm about 250 and carries me just fine. The 1 thing I would improve on is the rear tire the air nip is hard to get to but to go around this get a 90 degree air pump because it's a tight fight. Package that arrived had only one visible dent near the top but the actual product was scuffed, scratched, and had minor dents throughout. I'm not sure the product was "new", seems like a return that was repackaged. Very disappointed as the color is very pretty and the reviews made it sound like a good investment for cruising around campus. Would be open to a replacement but it will only allow me to refund the item and the price has already increased since then. ... show more

My experience with this company has been horrible. I've ended up with three flat tires. My front tire started sticking, and I attempted to order a new one straight from the website and I still haven't got it.
