Pros: beautiful material with a subtle, linen-like texture, feels more like a linen or rayon blend than the 100% polyester it is. The navy blue is a little lighter color than the picture, which results in an even prettier, more flattering shade. The skirt is flowy and fits well. The stitchery is even and well done. Cons: The top and bottom seem like 2 different sizes. My wife’s measurements match the size chart, but the bust is loose, the shoulders fall off, and instead of the sweetheart neckline pictured, is more of a very deep v-neck. (Since my wife is busty, she almost never has a top that is too large like this.) Normally she would consider altering an ill-fitting piece made of such nice material, but because it is already high-waisted with a deep plunging neckline, there doesn’t seem to be enough material to do anything with. She is thinking of turning it into a skirt and using the ruching in the back to make a ruched waistband. Since the dress is not wearable as is, we would normally give it even fewer stars, but it really is an extremely nice color in a good material, and will still make a great skirt with a little effort.

This is definitely NOT a wedding type of dress. The material is polyester & see through. For a backyard summer wedding, this may work. For an indoor fall wedding, no amount of jewelry will help dress this up.

Wore this to a wedding ! I felt pretty in it .. I just had a baby 5 weeks ago and I'm breastfeeding I haven't been cleared to exercise yet so I definitely am still bigger than I usually am! I ordered this while I was pregnant specifically for this wedding be cause I thought it would number 1 for me which it did and number 2 I would be able to pull it down to breastfeed which I was also able to do! It was very comfortable and forgiving to my postpartum body! Style is pretty & I really liked the dress a lot!

I’m not in love with it, but I don’t hate it either. I’m hoping that with some layering magic it will make a nice fall dress. The ruched sweetheart neckline is very pretty, that’s my favorite part. It’s a little shorter than I’d prefer, but I expected that, as I am 6 feet tall. I’m wearing the 1x and I’m a size 12/14. The fit is perfect, although the elastic is a bit tight when pulled up to the elbow. If I don’t pull it up, it is a 3/4 sleeve on me. The slit in the skirt is not too high, see photo. Fabric quality is pretty cheap, but could be worse. It did take me 15-20 minutes to steam all of the wrinkles out, but that’s what I expected these days with Amazon vacuum packing all clothing for the warehouse. I don’t blame the manufacturer for that. All in all—cute. Happy to have a dress with sleeves that doesn’t look Amish. I’m hoping I can make it more interesting with tights/boots/jacket/scarf etc.
