Are use this for over four hours to do extensive trimming my backyard landscaping. This is an excellent product that comes with two batteries, is 24 V, and has an adjustable head that allows different angles for cutting. The only thing missing is that it did not come with any protective cover for the blades (scabbard). I compared this product, Costing $75, with another product that was only 20 V, came with no batteries and did not have an adjustable head. That second product cost $55. Çlearly, the first product I am reviewing is far superior , the only other recommendation I would make to the company is to print your manual using the larger font and with better illustrations. With that said, I will admit that I had no reason to use the manual for the basic operation of the tool. I am very critical of the products I purchase,and a great number of them are not made to last. I hope this one does, because its performance is so excellent.

This trimmer works well for areas we cannot get to with our mower. I use it around plants, shrubs, etc. Blades are nice and sharp, battery stays charged for a long time (several uses).

I love gadgets and especially the ones that make my life easier and this item does. For me, it's very easy to handle. I've got the coordination of the buttons down well and I can get a trim job done very quickly. I make sure both batteries are charged before I start but so far, I haven't needed to switch batteries. One has lasted for the work I've needed to do.

It lasted 3 times of light boxwood trimming then the blade pins fell and it became useless. Tried ordering replacement pins online but it is impossible to track down the manufacturer. Got a hold of the seller via Amazon and apparently they don’t have the replacement pins at their warehouse. They offered me $10??!!! As if that going to solve my problem or suddenly fix the blade. If they don’t have replacement pins then Ship a replacement blade or issue a full refund. How’s $10 going to fix anything?? Updated as if 6/21- The seller reached out to me since then has shipped 2 replacement blades at no extra cost. I’m pleased to report that everything is fully operational now and I’m updating my review to reflect the service received. Moving forward I will keep an eye out if the pins before each use to make certain they don’t become loose.
