I'm subtracting a star for a horrible delivery. I heard a doorbell ring. I ask "who is it" no answer, no one was there. I then, look out the window and I see the backside of a leaving Fed-Ex truck. I think nothing of it because I have a message that says all of my packages are to be dropped over my back patio fence. Surely they would not leave it in the open on the front, seeing that my front door is on a major street and anyone can come and walk by & pick it up. Then my neighbor calls me and tells me he sees a package on the front. The last time they (fed-ex) did this it went to the wrong neighbor and management called me. I leave directions as to where and how I need my packages for a reason. Fed-Ex Sucks! They do whatever they want, they do not follow directions and they do not care. The U.S. postal service is better than Fed-Ex and we all know how flawed they can be. With all that said, the product is very heavy which is great. I mix it with a pouring medium. it is very smooth, not lumpy. I used artist loft prior to this. If you do not mix artist loft very well it will have lumps and air bubble even after torching in fluid art. I have not seen it with this product, so far. Apple Barrel is very smooth as well, but it cannot be stretched as much because it is not a heavy flow. This product is great. ... show more

I use it to paint faux rock and it works and blends very well works well will any water base paints the colors marble very well together to create a real rock look. The neighbor wanted to know where my rock pile was.lol

I chose this paint based on the reviews, as this one had some good ratings. It does not disappoint, it's a really nice thick consistency. This lends itself to being mixable with other paints/colors very easy - the smoothness makes for faster mixing! I wouldn't add water to the container itself, but if it's too thick use another container to mix with water or other pigments/paints. I've used it for a base coating for multiple projects on many surfaces, it coats really well. Also, used as straight up white paint and as a mixer to lighten up some darker colors. Great results all around! Purchased about a year ago, and it's still got plenty to go before thinking of getting more, and I will purchase this again if it is available. ... show more

Price is high but it shows for how much paint you get!! I needed to paint black silhouettes and I still have 75% of the bottle left. This is an actual product I would buy again and again once the paint I have runs out. Even if you don't have a lot to paint black, I would get this anyways because once you keep buying bottles and bottles of black, it adds up. Would reccomend!! ... show more
