    • Product was as Pictured/Described. Arrived within timeframe stated.
Since sublimation ink has a shelf-life I was concerned that the ink would arrive with a post due or soon due expiration date. Was happy to see that each of the cartridges were nowhere close to their expiration date. I will order from here again.

    • Restocking fee and half the item refunded on a defective item not my fault.
I got my inks in for sawgrass 308$, two were out and defective, I returned within time frame, I got a refund of179$ and restocking fee of154$, because the item was defective and not usable I should have gotten a full refund, not half my refund back. The inks I got two out of this 308$ pack were empty and defective. In this time frame I would not be able to even use this inning this time frame, it take a month to use it all or longer, it was defective product and I was unable to use it the way it displays and show, if I had gotten a full refund I may have bought the same inks again and try it again but not now, I’ll see how they handle this. I believe r in doing right, and I hope they do so. ... show more

I received a Sawgrass printer for Christmas last year. I couldn’t decide which ink to use. I didn’t use the inks that came with the printer. I wanted to be able to sublimate on cotton so chose Easy Subli and the white matte sheets to use as the foundation.
