I am sad because I bought this printer because I use one at work and it’s phenomenal! This printer has been nothing but trouble. It took me months of working with tech support to finally get a decent print but every time I use it, I have to waste a ton of ink running print hear cleanings and flushes. I have had the printer for almost 6 months and already have to replace the waste bin because of all the wasted ink. Unfortunately the seller didn’t mention the you cannot print directly to the print. Instead you send it to software (required) and that software is unavailable for mobile devices. It takes an enormous amount of space, and in my case, required the purchase of an additional external hard drive. I’ve spent two days trying to get my computer in shape enough to be able to print. I’ve gotten about4 pages to print and the print quality, no matter what maintenance I perform is not good…streaky and inconsistent. Support is not very helpful. The ink replacement cartridge set is over $300, which I should have researched before purchasing. I wasted the ink that came with the computer doing flushes to finally get a quality print. Switched to the larger cartridges and already 20% is gone because I have to flush the heads before every print so I literally paid hundreds of dollars for roughly 10 total good quality prints. I purchased this printer in September and of course it’s outside the return window. I did my initial sublimation print and the colors were off. Came back the next day the roller for the paper is making this squeaking noise. I printed 3 pages again only for them to stop half way through. The. The magenta stop printing and after numerous print utility functions to get it work and now all my ink is down to 1%. Even your manual states I should get numerous prints with the initial ink this is not true and a ploy to buy more ink which I just ordered another set of ink to the tune of $300 plus tax. I want to send this printer back and get a refund. Not worth the headache. ... show more

Do not buy this printer unless you can afford $300 replacement ink. My printer has not printer the correct colors since I purchased it in June/24. The ink that came with printer ran out just setting up the machine. I purchased Sawgrass compatible ink that now I am told has voided my warranty.

The media could not be loaded. The magenta color will not work properly, after multiple ruined tumblers, wasted paper and a $300 ink purchase, swing design refuses to refund. The color worked properly 1 time after calling sawgrass, again today it is not working therefor i am not able to complete orders. my close friend also purchased this and her machine did the exact same thing and had to be returned. This was not cheap however at this point my converted Epson was better ... show more

Easy set up , however I have to keep doing maintenance for unclogging the lines… I have ordered new ink which is very pricey… we will see if this works. When I am able to print the quality is perfect… I may have to reach out to Sawgrass support to see if I am doing something wrong… just remember whatever ink you choose weather it be the Siser it comes with or the Sawgrass ink. You cannot change your decision…Something to consider…overall still not sure…So I ordered more ink thinking this was the fix and when I can get it to print correctly, it’s beautiful. However, I have to flush the heads every other print. The ink is too pricey for this . Very disappointing:( Update, found out a few things… You must keep the printer on because it maintains itself 2 times a day…apparently it keeps it from clogging…I also did some other trouble shooting and it seems to be working well… okay now I think I may have made the right decision…we will see ... show more

Had this printer over 2 months. I've spent all this time emailing back and forth with support. They have told me to try so many things that I'm almost out of ink. Now they are having me clean the head cap, which is a service techs job, not mine. Have not had one good print.
