No, for me I found the servo would first begin to react at about 0.3ms to move just off 0°, then reached 180° at about 2.3ms. The servo traveled beyond 180° with pulse widths up to 2.6ms. But, if you look up SG90 servos you find that the range should be 2 ms. If you take out the 0.3ms offset, you do get a range of 180° @ 2 ms pulse width. Just figure on doing some calibration in your application. This is at a 50 Hz period. I also tried up to a 250 Hz period and it behaved about the same. ... show more

    • Advertised pulse width 1ms(0 deg) to 4ms(180 deg) is not correct.

At 50Hz a pulse width of 0.5ms corresponds to (0 deg) and a pulse width of 2.5ms corresponds to (180 deg). So a 2.5% duty cycle to 12.5% duty cycle is the range. The photo depicts 1ms(0 deg) to 4ms(180 deg) as the range which is not correct. All 4 worked normally and were able to traverse 0 to 180 degrees. These are very good quality. I have used them with a raspberry pi camera to add tilt and pan functionality. It was a little bit of work to get the camera to attach to the mount and to get it to stay in place but I’m sure there were better ways than how I did it. Purchased to use in a deerc RC boat. The plug included didn’t match but the leads where nice and long so I was able to solder the old plug onto this servo. Works as expected and now I have a few extra when/if this one fails
