I live in New England, and I have wanted heated gloves for at least a few years now. I'm 65, and I still walk in the cold and snow, and snow plow our 70-foot driveway. The Saviors came in two days, and in a very nice box with a nice hinge that you can store them in. There's also a nylon bag that didn't impress me as much. The gloves themselves are a nice looking black, and they go well over your wrists. When they came, I pulled the batteries out of the gloves and charged them with the included charger. You don't really need instructions; this was very obvious. After a few hours, I put the batteries back in the gloves, turned them on to be sure they worked, turned them off, put them back in the box and stored them. Today, we had an ice/snow storm, so I new that I would be snowplowing. I got out the gloves, and as someone (many people?) wrote, one of the gloves must have turned itself on, because it was dead. The other was fine. This meant that I got to try one warm hand and one cold hand while I charged the dead battery. The warm hand felt GREAT, the cold hand was okay. These are also perfectly decent gloves. There's plenty of dexterity for doing something like running a snow blower, opening car doors, etc., indeed doing most outdoor things. And despite the wet snow, my hands stayed very dry. After an hour of snow-blowing, I came inside for a break, turning off the first glove. After another half hour, I put the second battery back in the cold glove, and used both for another 20 minutes. My hands were VERY comfortably warm. I can't say how long this would last; Certainly, the glove with the charged battery lasted at least 2 hours, and it was still quite warm, although it had gone down from 3 bars to 2 when I came in the first time. After sitting for half an hour, I was able to get it once again to 3 bars (without charging it), and it stayed at 3 bars for my entire "second shift." I'm charging the batteries now, and when I finish, I will put them back in the gloves, but not plug them in, in order to avoid what happened this time. Overall, I'm very impressed and pleased. I've gotten something I wanted for a long time, and while $140 isn't cheap, it's not bad either. ... show more

As a small petite woman I struggle to stay warm & due to being out in the elements without proper gear when I was younger - I have damaged my hands and feet. My hands get PAINFULLY cold quickly and even at temperatures around 40 degrees. This winter I finally decided I was ready to fork over some money to help my problem. I ordered a size XS, and they fit okay - still a lot of room in the fingers for myself, but it's a bulky glove - I wasn't expecting perfect. There is no touch screen ability - I don't even think this was a feature? So that kind of stinks if I need to answer a call - but not a deal breaker by any means. I mainly wear these while picking up dog poop (from 4 dogs) in the yard or even filling bird feeders - and generally in the past after 5min I have to go inside and stand in front of a heater. No longer the case. I am able to get the ENTIRE large yard picked up or fill all the bird feeders and then go inside without aching hands. These aren't perfect - I still feel some coldness in my thumbs. But comparingly to how I was feeling bitterly cold pain, this has been a life saver. The heat is very warm and radiating on the highest setting - perfect for me. And I'm not sure how long the battery lasts, but I have multiple uses on/off for days without having to recharge. Overall, I highly recommend these - during some bitterly cold below zero days my hands were protected and felt warmer than they would with standard gloves or layers of standard gloves. I very rarely... if ever, get excited about a product that I purchased...much less write a review... but these gloves are the exception! Over the years, I tried various combinations of gloves, but none ever kept my hands warm riding my motorcycle without hand guards or a fairing. I never wanted to spend the money on gloves that plug into vests and require temperature controllers, etc... I decided to take a chance on these gloves after a very painful experience riding to work in 35 degree weather with my old thinsulate leather gauntlet gloves that left my fingers absolutely frozen and numb. At first I was skeptical since the gloves did not feel very warm when testing inside the house, but once I got on my motorcycle at 6 am and started down the road, my hands and fingers were surprisingly warm and not cold... I got on the freeway cruising between 70 and 90 mph for about 30 min with the outside temp ranging about 30F - 35F (the temperature outside my house was about 35F and about 30F at my destination). My hands and fingers did not feel cold, neither were they overly warm (I used the highest setting on the gloves). I felt very little cold coming into the gloves, and overall my hands were very comfortable. I had no issues using the controls on my bike, the gloves are not too bulky for me. The construction is good quality with leather palms and fingers being very "grippy". I was also impressed with the quality of the charger and batteries. I cannot say enough about these gloves... These have changed his life, he is in love!!!! He has circulation problems in both hands. When it’s cold outside or when his hands get cold; his pinky and ring fingers on BOTH hands curl up and cannot be straightened on their own. This is painful, unpredictable, & New England winters are torture for him. HOWEVER, these gloves have made all the difference!!!! The heat up quickly & most importantly EVENLY!!! They are thick & a bit bulky so don’t expect to be able to do everything in these; you CAN drive, shovel, hold a cup, things like that but you cannot pull something out of your pocket. All to be expected though. They do have that thing on the finger tip, so you can use a touchscreen smartphone while wearing them. They do take some time to charge so plan ahead or charge when done wearing them. I think it’s 2 hours to charge but you won’t need them turned on all day since they’re a warm glove even without the heating turned on. They have different heat settings too. Tips: Read the directions/manual. To keep the battery lasting always unplug them from the glove when not in use. Do not overcharge. Lastly, just leave the batteries zipped into each glove so you never have to worry about losing or forgetting the batteries when not in use!!! ... show more

The gloves are excellent. My hands tend to get cold whenever I go skiing, especially my fingers. The gloves kept my hands warm, even the fingers. The batteries last a long time. I had it on high at first and later lowered the setting. The battery lasted the whole day for me. There was only one hiccup, and that was the glove came with a minor defect. One of the stiches on the seam of the inside of one glove was ripped. This caused a small hole inside. I contacted customer support team from Savior Heat and they did an excellent job of resolving my issue. They replied promptly and handled the issue to my satisfaction within a day. ... show more

I have been constantly challenged by my fingers getting cold even with the top brand high end gloves. I never even knew heated gloves were a thing, and by that I mean actually worked. The glove itself is pretty good, not top of market, but pretty darn good even by themselves. (padding is good, liner is soft, and the grip is good, but didn't seem like they would be waterproof.) Then add the heat which lasts plenty long for my purposes (10mi walks). I start out at the top heat level then crank it down over time and sometimes finish without the heat turned on at all. I am a long time Amazon Prime shopper and RARELY have had bad experiences with my purchases until now. I purchased these heated gloves so I could keep my hands warm during ski season. I charged them up per the instructions and then hooked up the batteries to both of the gloves. I followed the instructions to turn on the battery by holding it for several seconds. The batteries lit up. But then, when I went to select my heat control for the glove, nothing happened. I tried multiple times to no avail. Then, I pulled the battery out to see what happened when I tried to select the heat setting. Each time I pressed the button on the glove to turn on the heat setting, the battery turned off. That was the case for both of them. I wasted a good hour dealing with these expensive, malfunctioning gloves, and that's enough for me, so I am returning them. Take heed, folks, as you may want to question the reliability of Amazon reviews. This is the second malfunctioning product in the same week, whereas in the past 5+ years, I can't think of one. Amazon's reviews may be from "verified purchasers" but my suspicion is the sellers, wherever they may come from, are having their friends, family and employee buy their products (probably getting a refund) to post bogus reviews. I've noticed some similar products going to the top of the charts, and the reviews tend to have similar grammatical errors and similar marketing approaches. Seems too coincidental to me. "Amazon's Choice" doesn't mean anything to me any more, which is a shame, as I have been a loyal Amazon Prime customer for as long as I can remember. Amazon, I hope you're listening!! ... show more
