  • My ‘Go To’ Gloves My ‘Go To’ Gloves
Color: Black Size: Large
First things first, I ski almost every day in the winter, over 100 days most season; I’m also a Mountain Host at Park City Mountain so some days when I’m out, I don’t have the option to come in whenever I want. As such I have five pairs of ski gloves (see photo), they each have a purpose, a place, and a condition. I also want to add that my rating for these gloves is based on their suitability for my needs, their value, their quality, and their appearance. I have given these Savior Heated Gloves 5 Stars because they are my ‘go to’ gloves for most days on the mountain, but I still wear other gloves when the conditions or situation warrants. These gloves seem well made, I’ve worn them for probably 50 days this season and don’t see any threads coming loose, holes, or other obvious flaws or wear (though the writing on power button has worn off). They are also good looking and being mostly black, go with most any clothing combination you might wear — the simple white lines that decorate them add a little style. The glove palm and finger tips have a leather covering for additional strength. The heating function is reliable, I turn them on and they get warm; there are three settings: low (1 light), medium (2 lights), and high (3 lights), when you turn them on they startup in the high heat setting. I would say these gloves are suitable for ‘most’ average / normal ski days, for me that means 15 to 30 degrees. If you keep them on low and turn them off when at lunch or taking a break, the batteries should last the entire day (I believe the spec says 6 hours which seems about right). If your ski days include many days below 10 degrees I’d say you’d want to carry a spare set of batteries as you’d likely be on at least the medium setting and possibly high for most of the time (I do have a spare set for those occasions). I don’t think these gloves are suitable for sub zero temperatures for any length of time. On the other hand for warmer ski days (~25 deg +, depending on your tolerance), the gloves are warm enough that you might not even turn them on. Some days I might only turn them on for a few minutes after I’ve been using my phone without gloves on the chairlift, pop them on high for a couple minutes to warm back up. Each glove has a zippered pocket that holds and connects one battery, the batteries connect easily and the zippers work smoothly. The gloves include a ‘wall wart’ charger with a two connector cable so you can charge both batteries at the same time, I haven’t actually timed how long it takes to charge a totally dead battery, but I’d figure 4 - 6 hours. The batteries are semi-proprietary with a rectangular shape and a barrel connector, they are rated at 7.4V 2200MAH 16.2WH. I did have a problem with one battery, I contacted customer support and they quickly mailed a replacement — good service! Here are the Pros and Cons I find with the Savior Heated Glove: Pros: * Reasonably Priced * Well made and stylish * Fit well, are comfortable, and flexible. * Good heat settings for most days and uses Cons: * Power button can be easily turned on or off by accident * Need extra batteries for colder days * Wall wart charger instead of USB * No ‘touch screen’ capability I have pictured my glove collection below, as I said the Savior is my daily go to glove, but each has a purpose. I’ve also owned better heated gloves (each held two batteries), but they were three times the cost of the Savior and didn’t fit as well. From left to right: Head gloves — keep in work locker for casual use, Columbia gloves — springtime gloves for warmer days, Swany Leather Gloves — most comfortable, very well made, Free The Powder gloves — heavy powder days and very cold weather, Savior Heated Gloves — daily use, with and without heat. ... show more

  • Warm Hands, Excellent Quality, and Outstanding Customer Service! Warm Hands, Excellent Quality, and Outstanding Customer Service!
Color: Black Size: Large
I recently purchased the SAVIOR HEAT Heated Gloves, and I am beyond impressed with their performance and quality. These gloves are warm, comfortable, and well-made, offering excellent protection against cold weather. The material gives them a premium feel, while the waterproof layer ensures my hands stay dry even in wet conditions. The heating elements cover the entire hand, including the fingers, which is a game-changer compared to other heated gloves I have tried. The adjustable temperature settings make it easy to find the perfect level of warmth, and the rechargeable batteries last for hours on a full charge. Additionally, the touchscreen functionality works great, allowing me to use my phone without taking the gloves off. I had a minor issue with one of the batteries, but I must say that SAVIOR HEAT’s customer service is exceptional. They responded immediately and resolved the issue without any hassle. If you are looking for high-quality heated gloves for outdoor activities like skiing, cycling, or even just walking your dog in the winter, I highly recommend these! They are worth every penny and backed by a company that truly cares about its customers. ... show more

  • Not toasty, but warm enough for aging cold-sensitive fingers. Seem well made.
Color: Black Size: XX-Large
Nice gloves, well made. Batteries doing fine. Only complaint is that after turning them on at full power, they always throttle themselves back to 2 bars after some small number of minutes. The design is such that the wires are on top of the fingers. There's good engineering reasons to do that but between that and the power-lowering behavior they're never really toasty warm, however they are adequate and I'm glad to have them. ... show more

  • works extremely well
Color: Black Size: X-Large
I live in New England, and I have wanted heated gloves for at least a few years now. I'm 65, and I still walk in the cold and snow, and snow plow our 70-foot driveway. The Saviors came in two days, and in a very nice box with a nice hinge that you can store them in. There's also a nylon bag that didn't impress me as much. The gloves themselves are a nice looking black, and they go well over your wrists. When they came, I pulled the batteries out of the gloves and charged them with the included charger. You don't really need instructions; this was very obvious. After a few hours, I put the batteries back in the gloves, turned them on to be sure they worked, turned them off, put them back in the box and stored them. Today, we had an ice/snow storm, so I new that I would be snowplowing. I got out the gloves, and as someone (many people?) wrote, one of the gloves must have turned itself on, because it was dead. The other was fine. This meant that I got to try one warm hand and one cold hand while I charged the dead battery. The warm hand felt GREAT, the cold hand was okay. These are also perfectly decent gloves. There's plenty of dexterity for doing something like running a snow blower, opening car doors, etc., indeed doing most outdoor things. And despite the wet snow, my hands stayed very dry. After an hour of snow-blowing, I came inside for a break, turning off the first glove. After another half hour, I put the second battery back in the cold glove, and used both for another 20 minutes. My hands were VERY comfortably warm. I can't say how long this would last; Certainly, the glove with the charged battery lasted at least 2 hours, and it was still quite warm, although it had gone down from 3 bars to 2 when I came in the first time. After sitting for half an hour, I was able to get it once again to 3 bars (without charging it), and it stayed at 3 bars for my entire "second shift." I'm charging the batteries now, and when I finish, I will put them back in the gloves, but not plug them in, in order to avoid what happened this time. Overall, I'm very impressed and pleased. I've gotten something I wanted for a long time, and while $140 isn't cheap, it's not bad either. ... show more

  • Warm all day
Color: Black Size: Large
I used these on a trip to Quebec City in December. When we arrived it was 4F/-15C and didn't change much the rest of the trip. I have Raynaud's phenomenon in my hands and toes. These gloves kept me comfortable on the low setting all day. I was in and out of warm places but only turned them off occasionally. It at the Christmas Markets for hours without issues. A bit bulky but I've not found gloves that worked that weren't. The size and fit were spot on. ... show more

  • Great gloves and excellent customer service
Color: Black Size: Medium
The gloves are excellent. My hands tend to get cold whenever I go skiing, especially my fingers. The gloves kept my hands warm, even the fingers. The batteries last a long time. I had it on high at first and later lowered the setting. The battery lasted the whole day for me. There was only one hiccup, and that was the glove came with a minor defect. One of the stiches on the seam of the inside of one glove was ripped. This caused a small hole inside. I contacted customer support team from Savior Heat and they did an excellent job of resolving my issue. They replied promptly and handled the issue to my satisfaction within a day. ... show more

  • A Well-Made Heated Glove that Works!
Color: Black Size: Medium
I am 74 and have heated handgrips on my snowblower, which still leaves me with cold, arthritic hands. What a joy to spend over 2 hours at 19 degrees (F) and have my hands warm and dry, with the gloves set on medium. After that time, the gloves had formed to the curve of the handgrips, very flexible to operate the clutches on the snowblower. They run true to size (Medium for me). Functionally, the loops they provide to temporarily remove a glove (turn the choke) and not have to set them down is great. Charging was pretty much plug and play. I no longer dread getting cold hand and wish I had these many Michigan winters ago! YES, I'd buy them for a friend! ... show more

  • The heated gloves didn't work for me at all
Color: Black Size: Medium
I am a long time Amazon Prime shopper and RARELY have had bad experiences with my purchases until now. I purchased these heated gloves so I could keep my hands warm during ski season. I charged them up per the instructions and then hooked up the batteries to both of the gloves. I followed the instructions to turn on the battery by holding it for several seconds. The batteries lit up. But then, when I went to select my heat control for the glove, nothing happened. I tried multiple times to no avail. Then, I pulled the battery out to see what happened when I tried to select the heat setting. Each time I pressed the button on the glove to turn on the heat setting, the battery turned off. That was the case for both of them. I wasted a good hour dealing with these expensive, malfunctioning gloves, and that's enough for me, so I am returning them. Take heed, folks, as you may want to question the reliability of Amazon reviews. This is the second malfunctioning product in the same week, whereas in the past 5+ years, I can't think of one. Amazon's reviews may be from "verified purchasers" but my suspicion is the sellers, wherever they may come from, are having their friends, family and employee buy their products (probably getting a refund) to post bogus reviews. I've noticed some similar products going to the top of the charts, and the reviews tend to have similar grammatical errors and similar marketing approaches. Seems too coincidental to me. "Amazon's Choice" doesn't mean anything to me any more, which is a shame, as I have been a loyal Amazon Prime customer for as long as I can remember. Amazon, I hope you're listening!! ... show more
