I'm a beginner and this set definitely helped me. I do wish there were some instructions included but really it wasn't hard to figure out. Nothing a quick internet search couldn't solve. It came with so many great items, I felt prepared for everything I've wanted to do.

This was an awesome nail kit! I don't do acrylics anymore but still found a good home for the monomer. I didn't care for the essential oils that were included or the stones. Those items seemed like more of an after thought than something that should've been with this kit. The containers of glitter and pigments seem to work really well when mixed with clear powder to use for dipping or mixed with a top coat for doing Gel X nails. I like that this came with 2 practice fingers for the just in case I end up losing one. The nail dehydrator and the bond work super well. I haven't had my Gel X nails stay on this long ever! Overall, this is a great kit for either beginners to the nail category or for people that are looking to add other things that may be missing to their arsenal. ... show more

This is a great kit with good practice items. I liked that it came with practice fingers. Plenty of powders to play with while you're learning. We have 5 females in my house that love to do nails, we get plenty of use out of playing around with this kit. We have a lot from this brand and the quality is good. We aren't really sure about the stones and essential oils kit, we don't use that much. But the nail drill and pieces was a great addition to help with our nails and practice nails. ... show more

You do get a lot in this kit, but obviously the quality isn't really there. Still a decent kit, but I'd be weary of the smell coming from the monomer.
