Absolutely LOVE this dresser! It’s beautiful, great quality, and super easy to assemble! It is a perfect size for an adult, child, or infant. Has plenty of drawer space and is a perfect height (pictured with baby clothes). I left the handles off (pictured) because I’m going to get a matching pink set for the nursery, but the ones it came with are still nice. It came well packed and protected; not a single scuff or scratch on the item, despite the box being a bit beat up. It is a little on the heavy side, but that’s because it’s all good quality and not cheap boards. Still pressed boards, but not at all flimsy. So, I’m 38 weeks + 5 days pregnant. I moved this inside, unboxed it, and put it together all in under 1 hour 40 minutes. Ignore reviews complaining about all the pieces, the need for shots, etc. It’s not difficult at all! Simply line up similar pieces together along the wall as you unbox it, then go through the directions one page at a time. You’ll need a hammer, a screw driver, and a drill if you have one. The drill can be used on almost all screws; don’t use it on the big white screw locks, and don’t drill the drawer slides 100% tight- the drawer slides need to be able to be adjusted with the silver piece (pictured). I love this feature because I was able to match up the spacing for all the drawers, so it looks even and nice. The drawers have a bottom piece to reinforce them, so no more hassle of the bottom falling out of cheap dressers! Almost everything screws together, which is so much more sturdy than tiny nails or little wooden dowels like other brands use. This dresser is good quality and requires more effort to assemble than your basic dresser from Wal/Targ/Ikea/etc. But like I said, simply line up the pieces and go one page at a time. It really is not hard at all, and is worth the little extra effort and time because it’s so beautiful in the end. Ignore the negative reviews about this being so hard to assemble or requiring alcohol (insert massive eye roll). I’m less than 2 weeks from my due date and this was easier than tying my shoes (little prego humor)! Haha

Great dresser. Good assembly instructions, though I messed up several times, it was my error. Look good, drawers pull out smoothly. It's perfect for my daughter's room.

First off, it's a dresser under 200, so my review is based on price and not what I would dream to be the most perfect dresser imaginable. The good: Despite what many review, I found the directions to be really good- it does rely on pictures a lot which I like better than words. Be aware though, the first step tells you to put in the ez locks on 2 other boards without photos, besides this, everything seemed really well thought out without the typical grammatical errors that I expect with assembled furniture. It does seem to be sturdy despite not being real wood, I don't anticipate this not working anytime in the next 5 years as long as it's not abused. I think it looks really nice, the door knobs/handles were really nice and it's tall which is nice for us tall people. The bad: I don't know why they would put stickers on the finished side to identify parts. The stickers should of been on the unfinished side. I had to clean up sticker residue after getting it assembled. It took me about 2.5 hours to assemble but I had all tools available and a large space to work in with nothing in it. I would recommend having lots of space to separate all the pieces and if your not used to assembling furniture like this, it will probably take 4 hours. A couple pieces are showing some marks on the edges where there is no paint- it seems like it might get marred up pretty easy. Overall impression: Not bad, a couple of improvements and a better coat of paint and this thing would be a steal at the price. It's about what I expected, didn't blow me away but didn't disappoint either. As far as the other reviews talking about drawers sliding and alignment issues, I think that might be installation issues. I took my time to align the drawer tracks in the center of the screw holes on each drawer. My drawers come out smoothly and they are perfectly aligned so I didn't have any issues with this. I

We have just purchased two of these chest of drawers. My wife insisted my single days with cardboard boxes were over. They are great looking, sturdy, drawers slide with easy, With some suggestions, small but important, we are extremely happy with the units. Don’t hesitate to purchase this product! Although the shipping boxes were a little beat up on both units, the parts were safely packed and placed with absolutely no damage except a minor corner part that excellent customer service immediately sent to us a replacement at no charge . Please put large letters “Open this side” to avoid flipping around to find the front of a very heavy box The predrilled holes for fastening are positioned exactly where they belong. The system of packing small screws etc was neat and easy to locate and keep track of with numbers on each part Concerning the instructions, they were very easy to follow. Don’t worry…take your time. Best a two person job and several pots of coffee haha Some suggestions: 1. A colored highlight should be placed on the page when starting to tighten the “twist lock fasteners.” There is a scary breaking cracking sound at the beginning of tightening, but not to worry, 2. The “slide cams” were a mystery. What do they do? Does the x have to be totally visible when complete? Please be specific. I finally got it after real life thinking. 3. Perhaps you could spend a few more bucks and completely cover the back of the chest with lightweight wood, rather than cardboard. Sliding along a floor into place even with casters brings on a slight sway that may get more pronounced with multiple moves. A smooth slide works now, but I wonder about other future moves. Do it, buy a dozen., You won’t be sorry

I’m pregnant and put this together on my own so I don’t know what people are talking about. This piece is EXCELLENT...especially for the price! I purchased one for my 7yr old’s bedroom and I’ll be purchasing a second shortly for the nursery...I’d buy one for myself if I had the space! Product came quickly from amazon with reinforced edges around the cardboard box and wrapped in plastic. Materials inside were packaged well. No damage whatsoever. BUT IT IS HEAVY!!! I had to bring a few pieces inside on multiple trips...it would be heavy for 2 people to carry in. Easy to assemble if you can read and know the difference between a screw and a nail and your left from your right. Instructions are great; easy to follow with pictures and written instructions. Pieces are all numbered...yes there are a lot of pieces but most go to the drawers which are the easiest to assemble and it’s rinse and repeat. As far as complaints about the drawers not sitting right...or getting “stuck” when pushed in all the way...obviously people failed to see step #18 where it tells you how to adjust them so they sit appropriately. I added a picture...turn the silver piece a small bit one direction or the other. It may take a few attempts but it’s not a difficult process. The first drawer I inserted got “stuck” so I read through the instructions...followed them...and voila!...a working drawer. Read the instructions and you’ll be fine lol. As far as tipping risks for parents...it comes with wall straps. But I personally tried to tip the thing and I couldn’t lift it a millimeter off the ground. It’s extremely heavy. But still better safe than sorry so use the strap. Drawers are pretty deep which was actually my biggest concern prior to purchase. Plenty of room. Pictured next to 12” cube cubbies to give you an idea. As far as I can tell it’s pretty close to being a true white despite being called “soft white” which is what I wanted so that’s fantastic. I didn’t install hardware because I’m purchasing a more “princessy” type for my daughter at her request. The handles are nice but I’m not fond of the knob pulls...that would be my one complaint if I were going to use them. The top is like a brushed silver but the bottom is more black. Seems strange. Overall well...worth the price and time to assemble (under an hour).

DO NOT EVER buy one of these and make sure you read their return policy... First off the front right post was damaged when I got it but I was willing to overlook that since the size and look of it was what we wanted. So proceeded (per instructions) with the body of the dresser first and as any good carpenter would do I wood glued every single thing so add the strength it needed to last longer, so far so good! Then I moved to the drawers and that is where the problems started, the drawers did not align at all nor did the holes to drill into from piece to piece. Additionally there was no way to connect the face of the drawer to the side walls of the drawer just some open slots in the back of the face piece that the sidewalls of the drawer were just supposed to sit in I guess! I proceeded to think ok this is great, it's defective and now I have wood glued the whole thing. I immediately log onto amazon and email the seller, they have a 30% restocking fee and item cannot be put together must be in box in original condition!! Well that's convenient how do you know the piece of junk they sold you is going to be defective before being able to take out of the box and look at it and start putting it together!!!??? At any rate I called Amazon customer service directly and let them know what was going on and since my wife and I do a ton of business with amazon they helped me file a claim to get my money back. And as far as this dresser the seller can come and pick it up themselves I am not wasting another moment of my life on this thing... Don't try to save a little money by buying one of these and putting it together yourself, NOT worth the headache if you end up getting one like mine and it's defective, thankfully I have a really good history with Amazon or this could have turned out differently and I could have had to eat 175 dollars... Buyer be warned...

I’m not giving this dresser a 1 star rating because it was difficult to assemble (it was, but I expected that). I’m giving it 1 star because once I unwrapped the item it was dinged and chipped in more than than 4 spots. It my opinion, those marks were done in the factory and shipped that way. It was obvious in the way that it actually looked like someone tried to fix it with wood glue. Yes, while I could’ve returned it, how would I have done that after every piece was out on the floor, not to mention the way it was packaged certainly didn’t lend itself to repacking. Also, it weighs like 100bs. So 3 hours later, it’s together but I’m really unhappy with the quality. I definitely won’t be buying anything else from this company. Update: I contacted the company and requested replacement parts for the dinged and scratched drawers. The replacement pieces were in good shape and even though it was inconvenient to take apart the drawers, it’s now fixed.
