I ordered this in black, size XL. I usually wear a 12 to 14 in sweaters, but wanted a bit more room. The fit is perfect, and the fabric is very nice, a smooth not too drape-y knit that is lightweight but warm. I really like the length, which is just long enough to cover my seat without looking sloppy. Overall this has a neat tailored look. Like other reviewers, I removed the belt loops and belt first thing, and like the open front better.

I love the length and softness/thickness of this cardigan, but the belted tie loops are much too high above the natural waist. I’m very short waisted and it was still too high for me. I ended up tying it loosely in the back, which still gives it shape.

The sweater has a nice sheerness to it so it may be worn in warmer temps. Wish the sleeves were longer. The bad thing about this sweater was when I opened the package the actual garment had a terrible oder . I attempted to wash it out three times and it still smelled fowl.
