I recommend this wallet for your MagSafe phone. Previously I used the Apple leather wallet, until it wore out after 3 years. I was concerned that the Satechi wallet would feel too big in comparison, but it doesn’t. The Satechi wallet feels great, and it has more functionality than the Apple wallet. The Satechi easily holds 4 cards plus a bill, and the cards are not difficult to remove. The Satechi materials all are high quality, including the hinge. I like the design. It feels comfortable in the hand, and the magnetic adhesion is satisfying. I’m using the stand feature more than I anticipated and it’s great. It works in many different configurations. This wallet also makes your phone easier to hold — so much so that I am now using it without a phone case. This wallet works great with a magnetic case as well. I am still using a case for travel and for cold weather because that’s when I’m more prone to drop my phone. I’m very happy with this purchase.

This has a nice metal hinge to keep the wallet in a closed position, instead of flapping around while holding it like with other wallets. Feels good, hinge has enough resistance to hold it's position and has a satisfying snap when you close it. It is on the heavy side though, and it rotates around the magnets too easily. Wish the magnets were a bit stronger, it would be perfect then. Note that only 4 cards will fit. If you try to jam more in, you'll stretch the wallet and the cards will be difficult to pull out. If there's just 4, it works great. I really like it though and wish I bought it sooner - deserving of the higher price. 5 stars

This product has so far done exactly what it should: held 4 cards reliably, and let me use my public transit card through the back. It’s also a really solid stand. I don’t *know* how long it’ll last, since I’ve only had it about a week, but it sure feels like it could last several years. I’m getting a different, cheaper wallet that I hope will be good enough, though it won’t be a stand: https://a.co/d/e481Mk7 I may update this review if I end up using that one.

I’ve never been a huge fan of snap-on wallets for my phone, but I really enjoy this one by Satechi. I got this one as a gift for my other half in brown, which is a really nice color, and was rather impressed by its sleek design and functionality. There are two card slots and am able to hold 4 cards easily in the slots (I do have a couple thicker credit cards). The hinge (where it folds) is durable and well made, which adds to the feeling of a premium product.

I have had an Apple MagSafe wallet case for almost more than a year, and it was ok! - No complaints. But then, I always felt the need to have a kickstand provision, especially when making FaceTime calls or just simply setting it on the table to browse. I have to admit, I was on the fence the very first day, but once you get used to it, you get hooked! It's super convenient to have the kickstand and be able to move from landscape to portrait - again, some learning needed there. You need some getting used to, meaning you have to prop the stand first and then rotate the phone (you can also do it the other way - rotate the phone and then pull the stand, but you'll see that the magnetic case comes off, and then you'd have to reattach it). In addition, I find it super convenient to hold my phone. I slightly pull the stand and insert my fingers in the middle, and the phone nicely rests there. It's like using a pop socket without having that appearance at the back. I have been having this for 3 weeks, and it has held up well. The quality is great. In terms of durability, I'll have to use it a little more, and if I notice any issues, I'll be sure to update my review. For now, my verdict is a BIG BUY! Use it for a couple of days and then decide what you want to do!

The media could not be loaded. After only two months of use, the hinge has become so loose that it can no longer hold the phone at any angle. It’s completely lost its ability to support itself, even when there’s nothing in it. The leather also feels like it’s low quality and wears out quickly. Additionally, if you only place one card in the slot, it easily falls out, which is quite frustrating. The most disappointing part is that it feels like the product was designed to fall apart just after the return period, making it impossible to return or exchange. Save your money and avoid this one!

TLDR; if I knew how the wallet is back when I was originally considering it, I would not buy it. I got this wallet and started using it 6 months ago. When it came in I was surprised by how well the magsafe magnet works and how solid it felt. Through the use it still looks and feels good. The wallet makes a great kickstand for my phone and I love that. About 2 months ago I noticed when using the kickstand function, my cards started to fall out when slightly tilted. This happens on standard plastic cards and metal ones and is ultimately the reason why I cannot use it anymore. This happened when only putting 2 cards in per pocket which it should handle well.
