This Satechi MagSafe wallet feels really nice and sturdy. The magnet is strong enough that I’m not worried about it randomly falling off, and it holds my cards without making the phone feel crazy bulky. I like that it works as a stand too. Love this thing. It’s better than a pop socket plus wallet combined. Works for watching shows, I can stick it in my car visor and lay back at lunch, put it on the steering wheel or dashboard to take a call (not while driving of course!), and even on a plane it fits perfectly in the meal tray when it’s up so you can watch a show! Oh and easy access to my ID and a couple cards. Only 2 downsides I found: it doesn’t have find my like the Apple Wallet, and it can get stretched then cards fall out. Love it! Strong construction, very good magnet that will keep the wallet securely attached to your iPhone - even more securely than Apple's own wallet. Apple's wallet only holds a couple cards and I wanted something that would hold 3-4, which is what it's advertised for. It actually holds 5 for me. 2 metallic cards on the outer side, and three cards on the inner fold. And of course it acts as a phone stand for portrait and landscape mode. The faux-leather material of the case is good, and the hinge on the flap is pretty good. And it looks good too, by itself or attached to the phone. The only negatives: - While cards stay in place for the most part, once you take one of the cards out of one of the slots/pockets, the others are prone to falling out. The inside of the pockets don't offer traction. In the manufacturer's defense, I may be keeping one - or two - cards more in it than they recommend, which is causing it to stretch out a little more than they designed it for. - When loaded with cards and attached to the phone, the combined weight can feel heavy. If I put in a workout shorts' pocket, it feels like my shorts are at risk of being pulled down from that side if I don't tie my drawstrings really tight.. lol. Some of it again could be my fault because I have two metal cards in it. And the wallet itself has a piece of metal for magnetic adherence and structural integrity. ... show more

    • Good materials, terrible functionality

The product feels like it’s well constructed and uses good materials, but the functionality is horrendous, I thought you had 1 credit card slot on the front, 1 ID slot inside, and 1 more CC slot inside, turns out the ID slot is what you see from the front so it can only hold 2-3 cards total (3 if you put 2 cards in the ID slot), was hoping for 3-4. The biggest issue is that the ID slot on the front is unfortunately difficult to get your cards out of, you have to flip the case up, push the ID out from the inside but the card is pushed towards your phone so you can only push it out a fraction of an inch and then you have to close the case again and finish pulling it out. Lastly, and probably most importantly - the magnet is far too weak, I have a mag safe case and the wallet is moving very freely, maybe it would be ok if you didn’t use a case… but who in their right mind isn’t using a case nowadays.
