The head strap is easy to install is very comfortable and much better than the factory strap. I thought the battery was good too, but I fully charged for 4 hours before use as suggested, but didn’t get near the extra time specified with the headset at full charge and using the strap battery pack. Maybe the battery life varies by the game title or activity but I would say I got less than 2 hours extra play on the headset using this product. I didn’t recharge the battery after the first nights use as it was still at 76% which was great but when I went to use it the next evening it wouldn’t stay powered on and had to be recharged. Seems as though the battery in the strap discharges even when unplugged and powered off. I would give 5 stars for the strap but 3- for the battery maybe less. Overall if the battery pack functioned as specified this would be a 5 star product all day. I will probably return the strap and try another model that works to prolong the gameplay. Update; after getting the correct wattage charging cube the headset checks all the boxes. Comfortable, adds a great deal of time to gameplay. Make sure you use the correct charging cube wattage. If you play a lot of oculus, this will be a good addition to your setup.

I absolutely love this battery pack. It prolongs the use of my batteries. It was easy to attach to my Oculus 2. It charges the external battery first, then it charges the Oculus Battery. Once both are charged, just disconnect the charging cable and start playing. I like the ability to do micro adjustments with the dial in the back of the battery, makes it a whole lot easier than trying to adjust velcro, Velcro eventually wears out and has to be replaced, with this dial, it'll ensure longevity of the attachment. The RGB is Ok, I think it's a little redundent to have RGB on the Back of the Dial where you can't see it so it's a waste to have it there or anywhere on the Oculus for that matter since you aren't able to see it, Just a waste of battery power. I recommend this for anyone wanting to extend the use of their Oculus.

It's pretty comfortable and a massive improvement over the original strap. Battery doesn't seem like it's actually what it says it is but even if it didn't have the pack and just a counterweight it would be fine. Extends playtime about half an hour before dying.

This was a game changer for the VR! The straps that came with it were extremely uncomfortable, and I couldn't play for long before my head would hurt. If that's the case for you, I highly recommend this specific one, and the bonus is that it can charge while you play. The battery life on it is actually really great. We have had it for 6 months, and it still charges our oculus at least 3 times.
