I am usually a fan of anything this brand puts out, so I had high hopes for this dress. The model looks adorable in it, and I know how soft the knits in their sweaters are. This is almost what I was expecting, but didn't quite live up to my expectations. Everything about the sweater is just a little too fuzzy. Meaning, the picture makes the knit look a little tighter, this is definitely not as crisp as the pics make it look. And the white border on the black is fuzzy, not as sharp as I expected. Just makes it look like i have worn this a few winters already. The seams are also visible, which isn't bad, but they are a little thicker than I like. That being said, it fits just as expected. I ordered a L and I have a nice loose fit, similar to the un belted pics. When I add a belt, it has a cute sweater and skirt vibe, tailoring it a little more. It will be adorable with boots for winter. It's definitely warm, and the sleeves are roomy enough that you can layer underneath if it's really cold out.

This is such an adorable sweater dress. I can't wait to wear during for fall and winter. The white stitching is a great contrast to the black and gives a nice extra pop of color. I took off one star for the overall construction. The sweater was sewn very poorly (way to chunky) in the neck and looks out of place and detracts from the overall look of the sweater. I'm still going to wear it and get plenty of use out of it, but I do think it brings down the look of the dress.

Sweater dresses are my jam as the temps drop. This is my 1st experience with such a chunky knit in a dress form and for the most part, I’m pretty pleased. It’s not as slouchy on me as it appears on the model, so I’m not sure belting will work as well for me. I’ll happily throw this on as a tunic sweater over some leggings or tights, but cinching will shorten it and I don’t want it any shorter. The knit material is soft enough to be comfortable against the skin. The khaki color gives cafe au lait vibes and I find the hue flattering; especially with the sharp black contrasting trim detail. My sweater has an unfortunate flaw in the knit squarely centered in the chest. It looks like a stitch was skipped and although it’s not huge, it looks like a little hole. Since returns are a drag, I’m going to try my hand at mending it since otherwise, the construction seems sounds. Overall, this is a good option for keeping warm & cozy heading into cooler weather!

Fits like a dream! This sweater dress is for WINTER! It is very comfortable, stretchy and easy to wear. The sleeve cuffs are snug and so is the neck with no gaps. It is very attractive and will be warm for cold days or nights. Five stars!
