I have now bought two of these. 1 that lasted 4 or 5 months. The counterbalance bolts sheared off during the spin cycle. Samsung refunded and we were able to get it replaced and the replacement lasted for 1 month. The same thing. I cannot fathom that Samsung is still selling these. Expect these not to work long!! Bolt sheered after a year and a half and was ignored by warranty. This is a clear defect or overtightening by production.

the washers WF45T6000AV is a junk on poor quality parts the weight balancer system is made out of plastic fill whit cement should be ashamed a company like Samsung to sell a product like a washer that is using lot of force on the spin cycle to place a weight control balance made out of plastic fill whit cement . ... show more

Very similar to other reviews. Balance broke and bolts sheared off. This then created a hole in the fiberglass tub on the outside of drum. This happened in 13th month of ownership and outside of delivered warranty. Samsung would do nothing. No, I did not do extended warranty. Which I recommend if you do decide to buy.
