The item was delivered with dents on both sides (reason for the 4 star rating) n the back but the vendor agreed to give me a rebate and agreed to it only after I run the item So far after 2 weeks it running with no issues so actually deserve a 5 star rating

I have now bought two of these. 1 that lasted 4 or 5 months. The counterbalance bolts sheared off during the spin cycle. Samsung refunded and we were able to get it replaced and the replacement lasted for 1 month. The same thing. I cannot fathom that Samsung is still selling these. Expect these not to work long!! Very similar to other reviews. Balance broke and bolts sheared off. This then created a hole in the fiberglass tub on the outside of drum. This happened in 13th month of ownership and outside of delivered warranty. Samsung would do nothing. No, I did not do extended warranty. Which I recommend if you do decide to buy.
