Great phone. I made sure to check all the things that I had seen people having issues with when it came to second hand phones. It charges really well and the battery life isn't bad at all. Haven't had any overheating issues so far. It updated the phone software to the latest no issues. Apart from a small scratch on the back of the phone (which doesn't bother me cause it's covered by my phone case so I never see it) there were no other noticeable marks on the phone. Cameras work great. Finger print works just fine so personally no issues there. Works just like a new phone to me at a really good price.     • Terrible phone fast replacement
I like refurbished phones because there is no contract to deal with. I am of the over 65 group so stuff like this is scary when it doesn't work. I tried Back Market first but that phone at the end of set up wouldn't connect to the network. It took a month and a half to get a refund. I decided to try Amazon and looked for an over 90% rating which was Chubbiestech. The phone they sent said it belonged to an organization, did not ever show a start screen, would not let me download Smart Switch, it was running so much stuff it wouldn't charge, said it was a slow charger (the one they sent and I tried several outlets), and I couldn't turn it off because it kept coming right back on. I called Chubbiestech but they offer NO technical support. I contacted Amazon and requested a replacement. This was a much better outcome. I am wary and will see if this lasts. Chubbiestech sent a replacement within a week which was great. I sent the other one back via UPS. (I have yet to receive confirmation they got it even though the tracking number shows it was delivered). However, the phone looks great, it showed the start screen right away and data transferred seamlessly, and it connected to the network. Hopefully third time is a charm. ... show more

I just got the phone in a few hours ago, it had a little issue with allowing me to log into apps but otherwise it’s a good phone (I think the apps were having issues). For the price and being a refurbished phone it’s 100x better than my current phone, it even came with a screen protector already on. The charger is slow though and due to the prolonged charging there is some overheating but it’s only lukewarm(it’s been on the charger for 2 hours now and is only at 85%)but the phone overall is great for now, I’d just recommend a new charger. If I remember I’ll leave an update in a month or two about how it’s holding up. Update: still working good, sturdy and charges quickly. Still have the charger that came with it and it's doing good to. ... show more
