Positive surprised about how it looks. Update: Just returned it and I am out $83 for shipping it back. Never again! Randomly shuts down. 2 days it works and crashes again. I had to reset it many times. Contacted even Samsung. Answer? Ship it back. No idea how Mobile Stream is refurbishing phones. But it looks like that they don't actually run the phones. - After reading this 5 star ratings, I thought maybe I got it all wrong. I ordered 2 S21 with 256GB this time I thought from Amazon. Seller was again a 3rd party. Anyway. Advertisement said factory unlocked and 256GB storage, from Amazon renewed store. - Seller Hybrid IT. Phones I got? 2 former AT&T 128GB phones! One even missing the SIM card tray. Useless if you need to use it as a actual phone. Contacted Amazon. Amazon support: We are sorry. Ship it back. - ABSOLUTELY NOT AGAIN. Amazon has no clue what sellers are actually shipping out - and what is worse than that - they don’t care! I explained that I will NOT again ship it back for now 2x $80 (insured package value shipping costs to me) and receive $1.Xx shipping costs refund. After a couple messages I get a free SIM card tray shipped for free (I should not have even to ask for one in the 1st place!) and 2x $30 refunded for phones complete out of specs n the 1st place because seller & I won’t pay $160 shipping costs. - I can honestly only warn Amazon customers to stay away from renewed products as long AMAZON has no clue - and worse - interest in what seller actually shipping out. To my question on how come they are not factory unlocked phones with 256GB - I received the answer from the seller: I don’t have them…… Seriously? So far, good. No problems. I bought this same phone refurbished from another provider and had to send it back, so I was abit apprehensive ordering from another provider, but I know of no problems. The Phone arrived in perfect condition, properly packaged, looked brand new, clean with no scratches. Also had an extra sim card (for another phone service) and a brand new charger included. US version Unlocked for all phone servicers,services, i use t-mobile. I bought an otter box phone case. While this samsung is not my favorite samsung phone ever, that is samsung and not the provider. This phone does all the stuff, performs as it was made to do. Several cameras options. I'm grateful to have found a provider who refurbished a phone well. My last phone was also refurbished and lasted years. I expect this one to last long as well. ☆Ordering from the right provider is key. This provider came thru, arriving on time. So I give 5 stars to the provider. Battery life stays charged all day unless I'm on it for hours at a time. Then I'll have to charge for a short time with fast charger. I was skeptical of "Amazon Renewed" phones, but carefully selected a seller (GizmoTrader) with a significant number of excellent reviews. Most (all?) of the bad reviews of Amazon Renewed phones seemed to come from unscrupulous sellers. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ The factory unlocked S21 5G from GizmoTrader shipped immediately via First Class mail and arrived way ahead of schedule. Although listed as "Good" condition it was essentially like-new! Only with very close inspection could my family find even trivial surface case scratches, and the display is perfect. Coming from a OnePlus 7T, I was pleasantly surprised at the noticeably increased fluidity and screen brightness of the S21. Unlike OnePlus, Samsung supports limiting max charge to 85% to extend battery lifespan. The only thing that I miss is the excellent macro function of the 7T camera. Wireless charging works great with a Spigen Liquid Air case (ASIN B08LK27MLH) & Nanami charger (ASIN B06XXZK99F). Unfortunately the eSIM did not work with USMobile, but a traditional SIM worked fine. ... show more

Phone worked great, screen is like new. Back cover did have some nicks in it but doesn't affect the functioning of the Phone. Phone was unlocked as stated, no issues with swapping to it.
