Made this purchase with a few doubts as to the actual outcome. Pleasantly surprised when arrived and it was exactly as described. Have had the phone for about a month and have not had any issues with the phone. As a renewed products it has surpassed my expectations without any issues at all. To review just the Samsung note 10, there were a few things that I had to get accustomed to that the previous notes did not have or now are using differently. Within a couple of weeks I was able to become accustomed to most of the changes. I still attempt to turn the phone off, or to sleep mode on the right side and it's now located on the left under the volume keys. I also attempt to turn the volume down instead put it to sleep. This phone was impressive with all the functions, fast processor and the screen size. The only major thing that made me return this for my current Samsung S10+ phone was the small amount of memory and inability to to use expanded memory with a SD card. I also wouldn't ever use the pen to draw or edit anything, batterylife was mediocre and no headphone jack. The battery would die on me not even 1/2 through my 12 hour work day. I'm also not a fan of the punch hole in the middle of the screen as you have your phone horizontally. All and all this phone has potential to be a good phone with rooms for improvement. ... show more

    • Battery dies within 6 hours.
The phone was an amazing condition looked brand new everything else works amazing except the battery life sucks. When I had the same phone brand new the battery you should last me A-day and a 1/2 this 1 barely lasts me 6 hours.

    • This phone is junk. Can't get this phone to activate.
I bought this phone for my son. We have tried a number of times to get it turned on we even took it to Verizon and they couldn't get it to activate. I do not recommend to buy from this vendor

For how much money I spent on this phone I would have expected a lot more from this better quality it's very poor quality phone in has a lot of issues

Phone is great, condition excellent. HUGE DOWNFALL- I ordered the Aura glow and clearly you can see it’s white. The description is Aura glow, the phone displayed is Aura Glow and I received white. So if someone could enlighten me that would be great.
