The media could not be loaded. I am demanding with the audio quality, but this gave me an audio experience to another level, in everything it stands out and sounds very high and in very high quality. The dolby atmos is a delight. I mean in audio in general it is the best experience I have had.

Sound so amazing. This sound bar fills up the whole room. Sounds come from all directions. A true movie experience in your living room

    • Small learning curve but very impressive, though expensive for what you get.
Out of the box I wasn't impressed, couldn't tell that much of a difference between my TV speakers and the soundbar save for a richer lower end due to the sub. After digging into forums about the best settings in the TV eARC and what output settings to use in my playstation and xbox, it's way more impressive. It's not a replacement for true multi speaker surround sound but the presence of 3d audio is noticable. Definitely looking into adding the rear channels to support this. The refurbished version is almost worth the price, but new I wouldn't be nearly as happy with the quality. ... show more

    • I think I got a brand new one
When I received my soundbar, everything came in the original packaging, everything, including every little piece of tape. I cannot speak for everyone’s purchase, but I believe that I got one that a customer returned without opening or possibly overstock.

This item came renewed. Every thing works like it should. But the veneer on the subwoofer is coming off. This is the only problem I have with it.
