Hinge is in extremely poor condition but the phone seems functional and the glass is in good condition. If I wasn't using this as a trade in i would definitely be requesting a refund. Edit: They have denied my trade in due to the heavy damage to the device and the lack of functional data transfer in the charging port. There goes $1000.
