The device arrived in virtually brand-new condition and was fully factory unlocked right out of the box. There are absolutely no scratches on the hinge, no marks on the screens, and no dead pixels. Note on arrival: My unit arrived with a completely dead battery, so don't be alarmed if it doesn't turn on right away—it just needs a good charge! If you’ve been eyeing the Fold6 but couldn’t justify the MSRP, going refurbished is a no-brainer if you find a unit this clean. It is the ultimate productivity and gaming powerhouse. A few things to watch out for: Packaging: It arrived in a plain box rather than the original Samsung retail packaging. It also had very little protection inside; it was essentially loose in the box at the mercy of the delivery driver. Luckily, it survived the trip! Software Warning: If your unit arrives with One UI 7 or lower I highly recommend staying there. My battery life was incredible initially, but it auto-updated to One UI 8 and the performance has noticeably tanked. The phone casing has only minor scuffs so looks very good and appears nearly new; screens are intact without any visible scuffs or scratches. Everything appears to be working well. This device is quite a powerhouse - such computing power in the palm of your hand! This was the stuff of science fiction when I was a child watching Star Trek. It is lightweight and I love being able to open to a larger screen, like a mini tablet. Camera appears to work well, though I need to make some adjustments to color due to greens looking blue, but that has been an issue with my previous smartphone camera. I look forward to learning the more advanced features. While trying to set up on my xfinity mobile account, a message appeared saying it was locked to a carrier. Settings didn't show any lock, so went to the xfinity store where the tech was able to complete setup. This arrived in excellent condition and has been working perfectly ever since. Battery life is nice and long and no scratches or dents. The price was excellent at $650 vs. $1899 for a new Z-Fold 6. This vender also gave me a higher trade-in price of $150 for my old Z-Fold 4 than Verizon or Best Buy was going to give me. Note that this is an unlocked phone and will not arrive with branded bloatware. This also means certain carrier apps (live visual voicemail) will not work. I've recently bought the Silver version of one of these Renewed Z Fold 6 devices, and so far it's been great! I don't see any signs of it being used; it came practically in new condition. Though, looking at the system dump, there are about 100 battery cycles on it. It seems that this device may not have been used very much, as it shipped to me with one UI 6.1.1, which was released last September, or almost a year ago as of writing this. The phone was first turned on in late July of last year as well, so it's likely that the original owner only kept this for a few months. It came in a generic white box with an aftermarket USB-C to USB-C cable. Though I would have preferred the original retail box and accessories, the price reduction and quality I'm getting it for make it well worth it. Both the cover and inner screen look pristine, with no visible scratches or dents. Every component in the device seems to work as well when testing the Samsung Members diagnostics feature. Though one thing that does bother me a little is that the power or fingerprint button is slightly loose and wiggles a little. Could has been from a repair or maybe a manufacturing defect, hard to know. Though it works fine. The fear of owning these devices is the inner screen failing, so I'd highly recommend also getting one of the Asurion Protection plans for this device. So far, I've personally had a good experience with my product, but when you are buying a renewed device, it's a play in the lottery; you may get a better deal than me, or not. I happened to catch this one on sale at the end of July and it is worth every cent. As wonderful as the new Z Fold8 looks, I wanted the use of the S Pen, plus I like having the camera punch hole obscured on the fold out screen.

This phone is awesome. I love the amoled screen. This is credit to Samsung. The condition of the phone was up to my very high standard for my devices. The seller finds high quality used devices and it is well worth the price compared to a new ZF7. I am still giving 5 stars even though there was the tiniest of scuffs on the bottom rear of the back side of the phone. Like i said still an excellent buy. I have verified it is unlocked and the battery life seems like new or just barely broken in. The seller even put a small protective film over the outer display that I’ll take off once i get a proper screen protector. ... show more

Fantastic device, only issue is the thumbnail scrapes on the inside screen. Nothing is wrong with it, just superficial damage, and that's fine given the amazing price! The screens are all good with impressive quality, and the camera will impress you with the detail you get. Device easily connected to my old S22 and transferred all data, joined my network and has better stability with the signal.
