Really great phone, 1000 times better than anything Apple has to offer, although it doesn't have the battery stamina that my old fold phone used to have. Biggest drawbacks are that it is not waterproof and they don't make a suitable case for it at this point in time. It's relatively fragile, based upon experience with my old fold phone, so be careful not to drop it, not even a foot! Samsung pushed a new update for their OneUi and it completely bricked my phone, it no longer boots and overheats upon startup. Samsung has refused to acknowledge this as a failure on their end, and this is widespread among many people. This was a highly expensive phone and was bricked because of a software update. I have since bought a Google Pixel and have not regret it, though I miss my folding screen ... show more

I like this phone and here's my experience. Good: Phone screens were in prefect shape with only minor scratches on top and bottom metal ends of the phone. Everything works like a charm Bad: This phone came as AT&T branded instead of unlocked. I happen to use AT&T Prepaid and don't know if this will be a problem if I have to change carriers some time in the future. The phone had setup issue, but I got it to the point to do a factory reset and that allowed me to set it up clean.
