Paid for exellent got an acceptable sent to me. I was actually going to just keep it because there was minimal scratches on screen just the frame was scratched and dinged and sounded a bit crunchy. It took 2 weeks for them to put it in the mail waiting for me to cancel the shipment before sending it so i couldn't cancel it another 5 days and it arrived dead. Sometimes turns on but turns black shortly after opening the middle screen does nothing got it to work once and it had dead zones. I spent 60 buck on a dbrand phone case that is applied with stickers I had to ruin when removing. I am pissed. ... show more

Really great phone, 1000 times better than anything Apple has to offer, although it doesn't have the battery stamina that my old fold phone used to have. Biggest drawbacks are that it is not waterproof and they don't make a suitable case for it at this point in time. It's relatively fragile, based upon experience with my old fold phone, so be careful not to drop it, not even a foot! It came in excellent condition, no cracks no dents, I was surprised how well taken care of the phone was, so far so good, it is unlocked and I'm having g excellent reception no problems here

I like this phone and here's my experience. Good: Phone screens were in prefect shape with only minor scratches on top and bottom metal ends of the phone. Everything works like a charm Bad: This phone came as AT&T branded instead of unlocked. I happen to use AT&T Prepaid and don't know if this will be a problem if I have to change carriers some time in the future. The phone had setup issue, but I got it to the point to do a factory reset and that allowed me to set it up clean. I'm happy with the purchase even though this is an expensive phone to purchase refurbished. ... show more

When I received the phone it was unable to be used/activated on any network. After checking with the original provider for this phone I discovered that it had been blacklisted as a stolen item. Per the program description "All products have been professionally inspected, tested and cleaned by Amazon-qualified suppliers." According to the renewed items description, this should have been tested and verified before being sold. This is definitely not the case. While the phone itself was in good physical condition, it could not be placed on any provider network in the U.S. It takes around two minutes to find out who the IMEI was registered to and have its status verified. This is the responsibility of the third party seller here, and not Amazon itself. This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. ... show more

    • phone was great. but seemed to be repaired of course after 90 days...
phone itself was great. I love the fold and large screen. seemed phone screen was replaced and started to separate just after the 90 day return period. literally....a few days after. company would not replace the phone or protector. disappointed.
