I got the phone and set it up just to find out that it has a line in the screen on the inside and the inside touch screen doesn't work at all only the outside screen worked also when I took it out of the box the screen protector was already coming off plus it took a long time to charge when I got it it was dead and even longer to turn on ... show more

Really great phone, 1000 times better than anything Apple has to offer, although it doesn't have the battery stamina that my old fold phone used to have. Biggest drawbacks are that it is not waterproof and they don't make a suitable case for it at this point in time. It's relatively fragile, based upon experience with my old fold phone, so be careful not to drop it, not even a foot! Beyond that, it's versatility is unparalleled , and it's aesthetic beauty equally so. If you're looking for that perfect gift ( even to yourself ), this is IT! ... show more

Phone was dead on arrival. Will not charge or do anything. Contacted seller and they said nothing they can do. The item was marked as refurbished and in excellent condition. They lie to make a sell then refuse to replace an item that they know they sold was faulty

I like this phone and here's my experience. Good: Phone screens were in prefect shape with only minor scratches on top and bottom metal ends of the phone. Everything works like a charm Bad: This phone came as AT&T branded instead of unlocked. I happen to use AT&T Prepaid and don't know if this will be a problem if I have to change carriers some time in the future. The phone had setup issue, but I got it to the point to do a factory reset and that allowed me to set it up clean. I'm happy with the purchase even though this is an expensive phone to purchase refurbished. ... show more
