I ordered a Z fold 4 from this seller May 2024. We are in March 2025 and the phone does not work. The inside screen just stop working one morning. The phone stop connecting to the wifi. I have been trying to reach out to the seller since March 8,2025 with no response. I went to Amazon and they tried with no response. This is very unprofessional. I like this phone and here's my experience. Good: Phone screens were in prefect shape with only minor scratches on top and bottom metal ends of the phone. Everything works like a charm Bad: This phone came as AT&T branded instead of unlocked. I happen to use AT&T Prepaid and don't know if this will be a problem if I have to change carriers some time in the future. The phone had setup issue, but I got it to the point to do a factory reset and that allowed me to set it up clean. When I received the phone it was unable to be used/activated on any network. After checking with the original provider for this phone I discovered that it had been blacklisted as a stolen item. Per the program description "All products have been professionally inspected, tested and cleaned by Amazon-qualified suppliers." According to the renewed items description, this should have been tested and verified before being sold. This is definitely not the case. While the phone itself was in good physical condition, it could not be placed on any provider network in the U.S. It takes around two minutes to find out who the IMEI was registered to and have its status verified. This is the responsibility of the third party seller here, and not Amazon itself. This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. ... show more

I will come back later after it charges up. IF it charges up. UPDATE: It charged very quickly. Still not sure about battery life since it has gotten heavy use doing updates and transferring about 120 GB of pictures and files from the Samsung A13 and the Samsung Tab S3 the Z Fold 4 is replacing.
