These are bad phones. Do not waste your hard earned money in these phones. I just bought the z gold 6 little under years, the screen already has a long black lines in the middle. One side is working the other is not. The first one dropped, with a little Crack it does not turn on, the second one, when the screen flipped it stops working, then it stopped charging. Now third one, it is only working when I close it. These phone costing $600 to over $1000, does not worth it. ... show more

Really great phone, 1000 times better than anything Apple has to offer, although it doesn't have the battery stamina that my old fold phone used to have. Biggest drawbacks are that it is not waterproof and they don't make a suitable case for it at this point in time. It's relatively fragile, based upon experience with my old fold phone, so be careful not to drop it, not even a foot! I like this phone and here's my experience. Good: Phone screens were in prefect shape with only minor scratches on top and bottom metal ends of the phone. Everything works like a charm Bad: This phone came as AT&T branded instead of unlocked. I happen to use AT&T Prepaid and don't know if this will be a problem if I have to change carriers some time in the future. The phone had setup issue, but I got it to the point to do a factory reset and that allowed me to set it up clean. Paid for exellent got an acceptable sent to me. I was actually going to just keep it because there was minimal scratches on screen just the frame was scratched and dinged and sounded a bit crunchy. It took 2 weeks for them to put it in the mail waiting for me to cancel the shipment before sending it so i couldn't cancel it another 5 days and it arrived dead. Sometimes turns on but turns black shortly after opening the middle screen does nothing got it to work once and it had dead zones. I spent 60 buck on a dbrand phone case that is applied with stickers I had to ruin when removing. I am pissed. ... show more

The phone was delivered on time and in flawless condition! Long story short... I wanted to activate my phone on Verizon and only found T-moblie as an option when I first turned it on. I thought it wasn't unlocked as I ordered so I called my carrier and they said it wasn't unlocked, I contacted the seller and they responded almost immediately and worked with me to correct the issue that wasn't their fault at all.
