I'm seriously loving this phone. I'd been eyeing a co-worker's phone for a few years, and when I belatedly realized my Note 9 (which I hardly ever used) was no longer supported, I went for this right away. I think my only disappointment is that the S-Pen doesn't work the same on a Z Fold as it does for the Note. I'm happy with the screen, the battery life, the storage, the reception (not the best where I live, but this phone makes the best of it), the way the apps run, and the feel of the phone--although I keep it in a case, because I drop everything. I've yet to take more than one photo in it, but that one was fine. I may be firmly in the Apple walled garden, with my iPhone, Apple Watch, Apple TV, iPad, and MacBook Air, but I hardly use my iPhone anymore; it's now kind of just there to make certain features work on its fruity Companions. Some of my relatives who saw my phone over the holidays liked it. They lost interest when I answered their questions about the price, but my point is they were intrigued by my phone! If I could, I'd take off half a star for the way Samsung nerfed the S-Pen, but that's not an option. I don't think the loss of that functionality is worth a whole star, so it gets five in my book.

I purchased this Galaxy Z Fold from thegadgetdeals. I was excited because this is a really cool phone. I got it and visually it was in good condition, it even came with a s reen protector on the inside screen. But then I noticed that it wouldn't charge wireless. 9 then noticed that the screen protector was coming g loose. After that I noticed what looked like a hair on the screen screen, it wouldn't blow off so I figured it was under the screen protector. I lifted it up and the hair didn't move, it later got bigger. I requested a refund and got it. The seller said it was a damaged pixel then charged me a restocking fee for a phone the clearly needed repaired. Accused me of dropping it cause they said the camera lens protector that I put on was cracked. Therefore even more proof, in their eyes, that the phone wasn't returned in the condition it was shipped. I will never buy from them again. And will tell my family and friends not to either.

Almost one month ago, I bought this phone and have been using it regularly. Overall, it is working well. 1. The phone looked 100% new when I received it. 2. The battery performs excellently; after charging, I can use it for a day and a half. I did encounter a small issue with the system because the phone was locked by the admin. I contacted Amazon and the seller's customer service, and they were very friendly and helpful in resolving the issue. If they couldn't fix it, they offered to arrange a return and refund. In the end, everything is working well, and I appreciate the great service I received. I love it! Thank you for your assistance! ❤️❤️❤️

I haven't had the phone 30 minutes yet, so nothing bad! I've heard of people getting fast service I have never got service this fast. I'm almost thinking this company lives next door to me. I'll comment later after I've gotten a chance to get used to it about how great the party is but it was packaged extremely professional it was packaged great very great so I have nothing bad to say!! That was 30 minutes after getting the phone but 4 days later a line appeared on the screen. I immediately contacted RECELL There were problems in communication right off the bat. I wasn't displeased right then, I know it's a business but in today's times. You can't expect a person to go without a phone for 2-3 days. Especially one that cost so much, I venture to say myself like most people don't understand the difference in a third party company on Amazon. And Amazon stores directly, I sent my previous phone in to, to have a discount rate on the new phone from "recell" but they are separate. So I would have no fall back phone they didn't care, I asked but there was no work around. Not to mention you can't talk to anybody directly, Everything has to be on email or through Amazon site. Where you have x amount of characters in which to type a message. The purchase description doesn't tell you all of these things! After all of this, I find out I'm only getting half or my $900/something Repayment. Because they say the phone was broken. It was not broken! And it was not shipped broken, it was shipped in the same box my brand new phone was. It was packaged very well, and there was no cracks on the screen, they attempted to send me a screenshots but nothing would open. DON'T BUY REFURBISHED PHONES from them "RE-CELL". My wife tried to tell me not to but I was trying to save money now I've paid more! You NEVER HAVE TO WORRY about me buying anything from you again!!
