    • This phone sucks
I had the phone for 4 days and the part where it close is black. Now I can't use any app or touch anything above the black line that is spreading every time I open the phone. It doesn't work, it's a piece of crap and I paid $700 for nothing. I'm definitely returning and getting a refund.

I decided to buy a Amazon Factory Samsung Z Flip because of the price and they gave a 3 month warranty. Outside of that I love the phone but I had to send it in for repair because of a dead pixel. Luckily it was still within the one time screen replacement with Samsung who replaced the screen. You might be better of buying from Amazon as they do back it up and you can get an extended warranty on it too. ... show more

There are two screen scratch marks on the right side of the screen, there is a very small half a dot on the middle right were the screen is just black ⚫ 😳 but for the price the phone works with all functions unless if your a dumb crybaby thats broke but wants quality everything for penny's and thinks your special because your skin tone whatever it may be. I was very worried going in that it wouldn't work on Verizon, I figured in the best case scenario I would be on the phone with Verizon for a couple hours to get it activated but nope!
