Quick and easy install. Some reviews say that they had to file down the opening that secures behind the grab bar bolt. It was slightly off but if you start re-securing the bolt it’ll slide right into place.

Probably should have read the reviews, but didn't think too much with it having over 4 stars. The product doesn't fit and you have to shave the hole further to make it work. Could I have done that? Sure, but then companies will never fix their product. I like buying things that work out of the box.

I had to do a bit of trimming for my JTR and the Midland MXT575. 5 or 10 minutes with a dremel tool and it was a direct fit. Looks great too!

This mount is perfect for anyone with a Jeep JL/JT. It’s one of the best value for your money options. The installation was easy, as it only involved popping out the ac control panel and removing one 10mm bolt. The reason why I only gave it 4 stars, is that it doesn’t fit out of the box. As other reviews mentioned, I had to open up the hole in the mount with a file to get it to fit. That said, I would still recommend it as well as order it again.

Great product. Fit is perfect as described. Simple to install and extremely durable. This location is great for your microphone because it doesn’t get in the way of any of the other features of the dash you need to use. Definitely recommend.

I like it was concerned abt how the passenger airbag though if needed to be deployed. Also it didn’t fit right on so I had to modify the bracket by cutting out a little of the side. Other than that it does the trick.
