Samsung definitely out did themselves again. I bought this for my mom, she told me she wanted a small phone that was easy to hold because of her arthritis. So I showed her this phone and she absolutely fell in love with it. The battery lasts for days depending on use. When its folded it its small and fits perfectly in any pocket. The speed is just as good as the s24 and the crease in the screen is barely noticeable. The phone is made up the same quality materials as all their other phones.     • This phone only works for a short period of time

I bought this phone back in July 2024. Started using it in October 2024. I was sure to get a good case for it, and I did not get the Samsung care because I did not think I would need it. What a big mistake. The phone was great, while it was working. I loved it. Then the problems started a week ago, the inner screen began “glitching” and it became unresponsive. If I closed it and opened it again it wouldn't respond or would take a good 20 minutes to respond again. It was very frustrating. Then I thought this should be covered under warranty, I went to a Samsung local repair tech, and was told that I had a small scratch and that I needed to pay $400 to get my phone fixed. I used this phone for less than 6 months, took extremely good care of it and these problems came out of nowhere. And now have to pay $400 to get it repaired. I am very disappointed! Like everyone else (it seems) I wanted to upgrade my devices before the tariffs made them the cost of a small car. I've been eyeing this phone for a while and am glad that I went ahead with the purchase. The build quality seems good; the function is great; and the size is terrific for my regular dog walks. Solid high end specs on a Samsung flagship, this phone delivers a great overall experience. You can also often snatch it at a significant discount or trade in offer at Samsung. Yet although the folding display technology has improved greatly over the years, it's still not cutting it for me. The phone still seems rather fragile to breaking, or to sweat and particles getting stuck under the folding display. I bought this phone last July and began using it in August. About 1 month in, a bunch of pixels went out at the top of the screen. Of course this was after the return window closed. I never buy phone insurance as I treat my phones well and have never broken one in my life. I decided that I could just put up with it. 3 months later I woke up one morning to a big line down the middle of the screen where it bends. I contacted Samsung as I assumed this would be covered under a manufacture warranty. I received a notice stating that I qualified for the "special discounted price of $200" to fix my screen. My FOUR MONTH OLD SCREEN that was never dropped and had a case and glass protectors on it from day 1. I refused to pay for anything to fix this phone. Joke is on me as now half of my screen won't work. 7 months after purchasing this new phone I am now having to buy another phone. I am less than thrilled with this situation. ... show more
