Like other reviews, this phone is great when it's functional. However after 3 month of use, the inner screen touch would not work at all. No fall, no cracks, no water damage, no scratch.. but suddenly while I was using the phone, the inner screen became unresponsive. The touch wouldn't work. The cover screen is working fine but inner screen is bad. I tried force restart multiple times, but didn't work out with me. It's very frustrating and disappointing as newly renewed cannot last for only 3 months. They should NOT sell the phone without checking the hardware of the inner screen! I'm checking with Amazon and seller what they can do for me.. ... show more

Love love love this phone. Everyone is so transfixed with this phone. As a 90s kid this completed something in me. I've had no issues with it what so ever. I love all the features I can do with it too. Absolutely love. Battery is amazing and lasts all day . This is slightly bigger than my last phone so the size is good. There's no issues with connection or speed. I have a screen protector on the outside screen cause I keep it in my pocket with my keys but I haven't had a scratch. This was refurbished and the only thing I've seen is 2 tiny scratches on the inside screen that I never notice. Might be a flip phone girl for life now ... show more

I love my phone, it's performing perfectly, holds a long charge and is just cute. I love all of the customization options I get with the cover screen and that I don't even have to open my phone to do quick actions like checking email or messages or even answering the phone. I use my phone a lot, the folding part of the screen still looks great, no discoloration or crease. I bought this phone for my wife. It was in great condition, and she really enjoyed the flip feature. However, after 2.5 months of use, the screen started to glitch. The glitch patterns progressed from part of the screen to the entire screen. The screen was unresponsive and the phone was completely unusable within hours. Unfortunately, it has already passed the refund period, so we'll see if I can find an alternative way to either get a refund or a replacement. In a word, this phone is great until it is not. Well I'm typing this because I seemed too have a problem with my main screen out of now where it started freezing on me and I'm not sure if it's a malfunction in the phone or screen.
