I have a couple of cosmetic and potentially hardware defects in the screen of the phone I received. I purchased this item listed as "Refurbished - Excellent". Upon opening the package, the screen came with a small scratch in the top right cornet of the screen, a small scratching noise in the opening of the hinge, and a few dead pixels in the left side of the hinge. Maybe I'm being nit-picky, but when Amazon's definition of "Excellent" for screens is for there to be no scratches or defects, I expect as such. Otherwise, the phone did come on time, functions despite some dead pixels, was able to transfer my previous phone over to it, and it does fine. I just wish that if I were to buy a phone in "Excellent" condition, that it were so, or that my unit's condition was labeled accordingly. ... show more

    • Phone was advertised as being unlocked but it wasn't. samsung z flip 6.
The seller stated the phone is unlocked .and excellent. I bought it ,when it arrived to country of destination. It was not unlocked via network .so i had to pay 400 dollars to have it unlocked and it will take about 2 weeks ..this is bad business and lies being told .Will I get compensation????
