Bought this phone refurbished (to cut down on the cost of a new phone). It works great, no problems so far. Item was as described. A few light scuffs/scratches on the outer casing, but I 100% expected that. Great value for money (compared to similar products, though I wish all phones cost less overall). I charge it every night while I sleep (obviously it depends on how you use the phone - I consider myself a heavier battery user b/c of videos & such). Phone showed signs of screen damage in less than a week and fully stopped working in 2 weeks, seller did not supply a replacement so data could be transferred so all my data has been lost, I would not recommend buying from this seller.

Fantastic phone, When I had to reluctantly, suddenly & unexpectedly upgrade my zflip 3 to a zflip 5 Renewed was my only option. I'm cost conscious & purchase most of my electronics from Amazon Renewed & have have been a very satisfied customer for around a decade.
