The battery holds pretty good, depends if its in use alot. Just get a fast charger, you will be fine. The sound is pretty loud. Im still learning the features, learn something everyday. Great phone. But after a month I ended up with the screenholder . That's around the screen came out. Compromising the phone. And Seller is stalling on the return. Seller continues to screw me over. I Returned the Faulty phone to them per Amazon. They received it back on August 5th. They continue to deny all issues with the garbage they sold me. The A to Z BS through Amazon is as big a Farse as this Seller. Im continuing the payment dispute as they have the faulty phone. Buyer's Steer Clear of this Merchant. I'm so glad I purchased this product. It came in a box with a charger just like promised and the phone works wonderfully. I don't typically like android phones but this one definitely takes the cake for the best Android phone I've ever had. The autocorrect is a bit weird sometimes but other than that I have no complaints. I love the folding aspect of the phone it's so cool. The battery life isn't as good as my iPhone 11 was but it's not particularly bad either. I love the fingerprint reader too I missed that so much when I got the iPhone 11. Overall I'm very pleased! Edit: I've had this phone for a few months now and I still really like it. The only real complaint I can give besides the battery life could be better is the fingerprint reader malfunctions kind of a lot. It's annoying, but it doesn't happen all the time. ... show more

I ordered the flip 5 that was classified as in "good" condition. I couldn't be more happy with the purchase. The bezels around the camera lenses have had the chrome rubbed off a little and there was a one half inch scratch on the back. Camera lense protectors ($6.00 on Amazon) and a case take care of them. Honestly the case is more to protect the phone than hide the scratch. The battery life is great. The screens and perfect. The hinge works perfectly. For the money paid I don't think this phone can be beat. I had a flip 3 I used for a couple years. This 5 is extraordinary!! For the price I was expecting at least a scratch or a dent of some description, but none to be found!! The phone looks and acts as if it just rolled off the assembly line! The phone arrived earlier than expected which was a godsend because I'm leaving for a trip. Overall I am incredibly satisfied. For those that are curious where the phone folds there is a shallow crease in the screen. It's not anything you're going to notice unless you're looking at the phone from an angle, while you can feel it, it's only really noticeable if you're actively thinking about it. The hinge has about the same resistance as a laptop hinge, and it feels incredibly robust. Battery life is acceptable, its comparable to my Pixel 4a. The only genuine complaint I have about this phone has nothing to do with the refurbisher but everything to do with Samsung and their software, I'm not personally the biggest fan of Samsung's bloatware, I prefer stock Android. However you can get a similar experience with a third party launcher, I highly suggest lawnchair2. With minimal effort I was able to get this phone exactly how I wanted it!!
